The location was pretty good , beach access was great, pools were good

The overall look of the room curtains were very worn, the hallways smelled bad, like kitty litter, the coffee maker was terribly dirty

The only thing I liked about my stay was the indoor heated pool and hot tub, and the hotel was walking distance to everything.

First off, my reservation got cancelled before I even got there. Then, to get it fixed, it put my bank account 400 dollars in the negative. There's not enough parking and the set up of this resort is CONFUSING. My room looked like the picture, but there was sand everywhere and all the dishes were dirty. I couldn't see the beach either from my balcony. Not to mention my mother and I were locking the door and saw a roach. The hallways constantly smelled like fish or weed. Downstairs, they were painting our whole stay which was inconvenient. Oh, and our beds consisted of sheets which I called about and was told that was normal.

Location is in the center of everything but the area is a bit wild looking. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. my service was horrible so I could take pictures cause for some reason my phone kept turning off. Half is the bed towels were stained as if someone set fire to them. Everything in the room is dingy. My husband and I had to get our own bed comforter sets to even have the chance of sleeping on. The bath tub needs to be replaced. All around everything in this place to old and not up to date. You can definitely tell that who ever owns this doesn’t believe in investing into their property. If you want your money worth this most definitely isn’t it. Ohhh yea everything around me was booked so $388 dollars down the drain. NEVER AGAIN.

It smells horrible as soon as you hit the front door. I mean like a dead flesh smell.
