Beautiful and clean accomodation in Valbone with the most amazing view! The room was also cozy and warm (has heating) which was great as the mountains can get cold.
The breakfast was also great and very filling
Perfect place if you’re doing the Valbone-Theth hike - you can also ask to be shuttled to the trailhead which saves you 2 hrs and it is 5€ per person if they have other guests wanting to go.
There is also a restaurant on site which is very convenient

The perfect place to stay in Valbone, especially if you’re there to hike the Valbone - Theth pass. We were wowed by the view of the mountains from our room as well as the gorgeous garden on the property. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

This old hunting lodge for General Tito has seen better days. The rooms are very clean and have been renovated but basic. The environment has some abandoned vehicles and trailers which do not give a good impression. Food was hearty with large servings but expensive. The area is beautiful, being close the Black Pine Forest and the Tana River Gorge. The price was very good so overall it was an acceptable stay but unfortunately, due to a landslide access to the Dormitor National Park required a 2 1/2 hour journey.
Untidy environment. Sense of disrepair.
