Pros - close to theme parks, quiet, comfortable house and neighborhood. Lots of room, comfortable beds, lots of room for dining and watching tv. Host was great to deal with and had no problems with anything else. Lots of towels available and extra garbage bags. Would rent here again.
Cons - Carpet on stairs needs to be replaced. along with the pots and pans, no kettle, short on small spoons and butter knives, could also use some chairs upstairs to put suitcases on or to sit while doing makeup. Would be nice if there was a table and some chairs at the back by the pool.

Had a wonderful stay! Housekeeping did an amazing job! The home is very nice and it is close to everything. Would definitely stay again!

The house was clean , comfortable and plenty of space. We enjoyed the house it was a great place to come back to after a busy day at the parks. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had.

We stayed here for a long weekend with our adult daughters. There was plenty or room for everyone to relax after a long day at the theme parks. The house is very clean and had everything you would need. The beds were comfortable and the pool was great! Highly recommend!

We had a great time with our family. It was great to have 4 bathrooms and rooms for everyone in the family. Neighborhood was nice and close to all the Disney destinations we had on our list. Loved the Star Wars room!

Everything was fabulous. I myself get up early, so it was nice to be able to go have coffee while everyone else was still asleep. We completely enjoyed our stay

My family stayed for 6 nights at this wonderful property. The pictures are spot on for giving you the specifics. The townhome was clean and welcoming. Herman was great to work with and was quick to respond to questions.
We were there during a tropical storm warning, but we all felt very safe! Herman provided instructions for securing outdoor items.
We have a few suggestions to make the customer experience even better. 1. Replace shower heads. All of the bathrooms had low water pressure and standard shower heads. Upgraded to massage or handheld showers would be awesome! 2. Providing more kitchen towels and dishwasher tabs. With 5 adults, we ran the dishwasher daily. 3. Written instructions for using the TV system. We had to guess and weren't ever able to find local channels. These would have been helpful during the storm.
All in all we enjoyed a great family vacation at 3065 Gatsby. We would definitely book in the future!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The upstairs shower could use a mat since it is slippery even when dry. The house was well supplied but could use a plunger (we bought one and left it there). Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Everything was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the amenities and the unit is in top condition.
The only concern was the entrance/exit gate. It was an absolute nightmare!! The QR code entry is a bust and constantly caused congestion at the gates.

The upkeep of the property was as described. The owner/property manager kept me updated and provided precise information from the time of booking up to the arrival and departure. Beautiful, spacious, and comfortable property plus having access to the amenities on the resort was another plus. Highly recommend this vacation property.

Great space! We had 5 adults and 2 teens. Plenty of room. Light in the pool would not turn on and they took care of it right away and followed up right away to make sure fixed. Would recommend 100%!!

This property was exactly as described and perfect for our group which consisted of 3 families. Each group of adults had a bedroom worthy of "master bedroom" status. Having the 4 full bathrooms gave everyone the privacy needed. Full kitchen, comfortable living area, ample parking. The private pool was small but perfect for our families to relax without having to leave the property. The 2 clubhouses with the pool lazy rivers were nice and clean. The only downside to those was they could get very crowded on days that appeared to be check in checkout days so you needed to arrive early to secure a seat. Also they have a policy that you cannot bring in any outside food or beverage except for bottled water and you must buy their drinks and food which had minimal offerings. As long as you know that policy going in, there will be no surprises. Everything was beautifully maintained in the location was ideal. The owner was very easy to communicate with and did a great job with giving clear and detailed explanations on check-in and check out processes etc. I would definitely recommend this place for a multi family vacation

We loved this condo. It is close to everything, but felt like a quiet neighborhood and had a private pool and a great community pool. Scott was a wonderful host. We will definitely be back!

A very convenient, roomy and well equipped property for a stay in Orlando with a large group. Could have been some better instructions for some of the digital devises (television and thermostat) but only caused minor inconveieces and we received a good response from management for help.

Convenient location close to grocery store, retail shopping, Disney, and golf. We enjoyed having the private, heated pool. The only downside for us was that the king bedrooms are on the top floor vs main floor.

Our family of 5 spent 4 nights here in March. It was clean, quiet, so spacious, and location was superb. The beds were comfy. Would be very comfortable for 4-5 more people. The pool was very cold so definitely heat it if coming this time of year. Maybe bring a blanket is really the only thing I could recommend. Wonderful experience!

Beautiful property and extremely easy experience. We checked with the owner when we arrived at the airport and he told us he would let us know as soon as it was ready. We were messaged as soon as it was. We had the code to enter the door and it was as easy as that. The kids thought it was so cool to have their “own” pool. Three of our kids shared the room with the bunk bed and trundle, and our 18 mo old slept in the (provided) pack n play in one of the masters lol. I was VERY impressed with how clean the property was. The kitchen had a lot of space and had the basics needed for cooking. I wish they had some kids dishes or smaller dishes, all of the bowls and plates were large and heavy, but no big deal I just bought paper plates. The beds were very comfy, bathrooms were really nice, owner was extremely accommodating. We only used the pool once bc it wasn’t all that warm outside, the kids loved the playground and hideaway club. Such a quick easy drive to Disney, too! Would definitely stay again.

We were in town for a conference. This is a perfect place to stay that has multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. Everyon had plenty of personal space. The unit is very clean and well equipped!

Location great. Very clean. Nice layout of the home. Comfortable furniture and beds. Plenty of room for 7 adults. Would stay again. Only clarification to others renting is that the pool is smaller than what I envisioned from the picture. But I went in January so the pool did not get used.

First the negative: The beds were not as comfortable as we would have liked, and the comforters too heavy to sleep under. We had problems with the Wi-Fi being sporadic at times. The carpet on the stairs needed to be replaced. Now for the positive: We were very happy with the cleanliness of the property and the location. Overall we were happy with the rental property.

This place was amazing.
The host was great I did not have to reach out for any information everything was sent to me 24 to 48 hours before check in and check out.
Arrival was super easy and the place was easy to find . When I arrived the home was very clean.
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to enjoy family

We had a good stay. Our only complaint was that the microwave and dryer were broken. The microwave didn’t work our entire stay and we didn’t use the dryer until the last day but it had a problem with a nob that you can tell had been fixed before and still didn’t work. Just frustrating to rent a Vrbo for the conveniences of those amenities and they not work. Called the property owner about it on Saturday morning and he was at a doctors appointment and couldn’t answer.
Would still recommend if you need a place for a big family.

We had 7 adults and 2 infants traveling to Orlando for a graduation. The house was centrally located and worked perfect for us to cook meals, sit and visit, and play with the kids. The amenities at the clubhouse are great, although the pool and lazy river were colder than I expected. I would highly recommend!

Three days before our trip to Disney I realized that I had booked the wrong start date!! I panicked and emailed Scott right away to see if I could add another day to my reservation. Scott responded within 5 minutes. Lucky for me, the date I needed was available. Even if the date wasn't available, his quick response would have eased my anxiety and given me time to make other arrangements.
As for the townhouse, it was super clean when we arrived!! There was plenty of room for all 12 of us! The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice and clean. The beds were amazing!! We all commented on how well we slept! The area is easy to get in and out off. There is a Publix across the street which came in handy!! We will most definitely be staying here on our next trip to Disney!

Our family rented Scott’s home for a Disney vacation. The home is exactly as listed, it is beautiful and exceptionally clean. We had a four-year-old and a two-year-old in the home and the pool safety fence is very secure. The house is close to Disney and the resort pool was wonderful.
Scott is great to rent from, quick to respond to any question we had.
We will definitely be back!

The property was just as pictured and very close to all tourist attractions and grocery and retail shopping. Home had all basic necessities. Kitchen had dishes and cookware. There were extra towels and wash cloths also. As a large family we appreciated the room to bathroom ratio. The resort is also nice and included with stay, great fun if u don’t want to spend money every day.

We had a great time at this VRBO. The home was clean and matched it’s online pictures exactly. We had a group with various ages so the 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms amongst 2 floors were ideal. The home was VERY clean without question. The kids loved cooling off in the evening in the onsite pool. Highly recommend this home and would stay again.
