Perfect location, lots of amenities, first remote controlled toilet I've ever seen

Parking was a bit hectic, arrived on a weekend and struggled to find a space then had to move for street cleaning, but everything was clearly marked in the file in the property and in the street signs

Easy. Easy. Easy and charming place to stay for 1-2 adults. And easy come and go with the code to enter the door. Very clean space, and thankful for the beach umbrella, beach towels and chairs for guests to use. During our stay, street parking at the location wasn't an issue but on popular summer dates or weekends I can imagine it becomes a challenge, but there are other street spaces on nearby streets too. Bed was comfy as were the bed's pillows and the provided sheets were soft and appeared clean and had a fresh scent of laundry cleaner and softner to them (I usually bring my own sheets to use but didn't have to use them at this location for the main bed). Sofa bed futon situation was comfortable, firm, and clean as well, did use our sheets on it for our own comfort. Feel incredibly lucky to have booked this space for our stay. I'd love to return in the future and stay here again or one of the other rooms at this same location. The decor is cute with coastal beachy vibes. Clean refrigerator and kitchen area, with dish soap, and extra paper towels and new clean dish sponge were appreciated. Extra shampoo/conditioner and body wash were available as well.

Tiny airplane size bathroom. The shower space was okay however the entry to the bathroom and the toilet and sink space are smaller than one would expect. They maximized every inch of this space when it was renovated or updated. Oven didn't work, we used the microwave instead. Stovetop worked well.

The property location was great. Close to the beach, walking distance to both piers and restaurants. No issues parking on the street.

No smoke detectors observed. Counter and floor surfaces, handles and switches were sticky and dingy looking. Shower water temperature was unpredictable, either too hot or too cold, difficult to control. Bathroom sink was very slow draining. Bed was uncomfortable. Toilet was annoying, enter the bathroom and the toilet lid would open automatically as if it were saying hello to you. We lived out of our suite cases, except for three hangers provided, limited closet space was occupied by owners amenities. Living room and kitchen lighting is aggressive. And let's not forget about the neighboring barking dog.

The location was great. We were able to either walk or Uber to our destinations.

No parking. If you do rent this property, park your car and leave it there. Walk or get an Uber.
