The staff were phenomenal! The gentleman who checked me in was very friendly sweet and empathetic and changed my room to one that is handicap accessible when he saw my walker and wheelchair. I really appreciate that he went above and beyond, when he noticed my situation. I did not ask for a different room than the one I booked. But, he knew I would be more comfortable in the room he moved me to.

It was a nice relaxing stay. The hotel was clean and beautiful
It was a furry my little pony convention and I was unaware it was going to be that. So it was not as relaxing as I hoped for a romantic get away

I did like that the staff was friendly and accommodating to a point
I do not like that I was given the incorrect room at the time that I showed up and had to wait 2 hours to receive my original room that I paid extra for the view and the suite and they gave me a view of the wall I feel like I really wasted my money
