Amazing property quite location and so relaxing

100% recommend clean and spacious and so cozy and warm

The property was extremely clean, comfortable and safe. The facilities were amazing, hot tub was nice and clean, in a a great location too. The place was well maintained and felt like a home from home, perfect get away location!

The location was quite far away from shops or restaurants, but did have leaflets to order in and if you were looking to stay in the cooking facilities were perfect for any meal.

Stayed in Roe lodge for my partners birthday and we were so impressed. The photos don’t do it justice! Absolutely spotless and clean. We stayed for two nights and wished we could’ve stayed longer.. it was the perfect getaway for us. Loved the bathtub in the bedroom and hot tub. We will definitely be returning, hopefully in the summer to appreciate the two seating areas outside. The village is quite peaceful and quiet, highlighted in the photos where you can go on a long walk which was hidden down a little path from the main road. We visited Pocklington a short drive away with many cafes and pubs. Recommend visiting the plough inn pub also close by.

Can’t fault anything.

High standards, from the decor to the kitchen appliances. Immaculate. Very tranquil and a great hot tub which was private! The bath and shower were both fantastic as well 😊 There was a pub called The Ploughman's a short drive away where the food was fantastic!

No local pub/shops. However this wasn't an issue as there were plenty a short drive away. The pub recommended on the brochure wasn't open which would have made for a more convenient stay.
