We had a nice family trip. A group of 10, a variety of ages. The house was perfect. True to pictures. Close to town for activities. The lake is very wavy. If you are bringing your own boat make sure you bring your boat fenders/ bouys. You’ll need them. Parking can be a little tricky with several boat trailers. We had 3 trucks/trailers and a full size SUV and managed.

Our group absolutely loved this home! There was plenty of space for everyone to come together and also plenty of private rooms and nooks for everyone to have private time. Convenient location with lots to do within 15 minutes drive or less. It can be a bit tricky finding the home the first time on the winding roads, so it was a plus to arrive during the daytime hours. The host was also incredibly gracious and allowed us entry to the home a little bit early when we arrived ahead of schedule. Tons of kitchen appliances and serving ware, comfy beds, simple check out instructions. Definitely recommend, amazing value for the price!

The house is beautifully decorated with a great view of Lake Hamilton! We are a family of 10 and there was plenty of space to spread out. The amenities provided every thing needed to cook and enjoy our stay. We highly recommend this property!

This was my family of 10 first visit to Arkansas. This house is Beautiful and has a great view of Lake Hamilton! It is spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The huge kitchen island was perfect for cooking and gathering around. There was a storm that caused the power to go out for several hours and the owner called to check on us which very much appreciated. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property!!

Overall very nice! We’ll equipped house and beds were comfortable. Had a great game table room in the garage which was a big hit for the kids. We enjoyed a fire each day in the firepit. Property manager was a little slow at first to respond to questions we had but was very friendly. We did lose power for half of one day and wished the manager had offered some kind of solution. We asked for flashlights and they were nice enough to bring them for us.

This house was everything it said it was. Beautiful, plenty of room for several adults and two young children. Spacious and very clean. Very nicely decorated also. Would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend here. The kids loved having a playroom downstairs. There were plenty of rooms, beds, and communal space to hangout. It was a mostly rainy weekend, but we loved being right next to the lake and the kids (and adults) enjoyed exploring. The kitchen was huge and well-stocked with pots/pans/dishes etc. We used the fireplace in the living room as well as the fire pit outside and overall just had a wonderful time here. Would certainly recommend it and would stay here again!

We are a group of ten ladies who graduated together in 1976 from a small high school in Northeast Texas. We have been traveling together for five years now, choosing a different state each year. I will say your property is the best we've stayed in!!! My suggestion would be to add more serving utensils and bowls as we cooked and ate in and there wasn't enough. We actually went and bought some! Also, ten ladies require a bit of toilet tissue which we also had to go and purchase. We only had two vehicles and the parking was extremely difficult to maneuver.
Minor issues but thought I'd let you know. Other than that, our stay was perfect!!!

The house is comfortable and clean. Our family of 12 enjoyed cooking together around the large island, playing games in the game room and swimming off the dock. The flat yard is a bonus to get to the dock. Anxious to return!!

Wonderful. Was visiting other family in the area and figured we'd stay on the lake. Plenty of room for our group of 3 adults and 4 kids. Game room was a big plus, as were the water toys. Great lake view and house/kitchen, etc had everything we needed.

PEACEFUL!
This is the most peaceful relaxing home to stay in!! We have stayed here in the past and always enjoy it.
Our family kayaked, went swimming, and there is boat rental 15 minutes away.
Everything you will need is in this home!

Great house for family get-away.
I reserved the house for a multi-generational family getaway. It was spacious enough for 11 people to spread out when needed but there was ample space to gather for meals and games. The boat dock on the water was great for our anglers and a quiet place to watch the sunset. Highly recommend and will book again if I return to Hot Springs.

The house was in immaculate condition - updated decor and very spacious for a family gathering of 11. The multi level decks , game rooms, deck and yard chairs , boat dock were perfect . The view of the lake and spacious back yard provided enough space and play area for all the children. Each bedroom was perfect for our needs . Beautiful sunsets , shaded front yard : all in all , our entire group rates it a 10 ! Hope to return one day ☀️

Our only suggestion for improvement, as we love cooking when we gather with family, is related to kitchen cooking and serving items. Just a few more are needed: larger spoons for eating soup and for serving (the only ones available were tiny, dollar store type spoons); baking pans (both glass and metal) -there were sheet pans, but no 9x13 pans with sides; and plastic containers with lids for food storage. Otherwise, the kitchen was great!

Great place
We stayed over spring break during pandemic. Communication about house, reservation and entry was electronic and accurate. The pictures of the house were very accurate. The house was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and appliances like waffle maker, coffee maker (both drip with ground coffee and K-cups), blender, etc. There were plenty of bath towels, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. Kids loved the reclining couches, air hockey and ping pong. Short drive to Hot Springs town area and to groceries. We would definitely recommend to friends/family and would definitely book again.

The house was beautiful and had room for everyone. My grandkids loved the game room. The house had a wonderful view of the lake. We actually saw some eagles. Very peaceful neighborhood. This house doesn't have main level bedrooms. It isn't suitable for the handicapped.

Clean , seemingly recently redone interior property with plenty of amenities . Fire pit nice touch and kids loved the game room and multiple recliners in the den. Would recommend to anyone and definitely would come back. We had a small group but with 5 bedrooms and plenty of seating would be perfect for a large one.

We had a great time. We had a six sisters trip; 4 from Baton Rouge, LA, One from Houston, TX and one from Norman, OK. The scenery and accommodations were impeccable. We found that the mountain roads were dangerous at night. They need lights on the side of the roads. Otherwise, it was great. Nancy Kora

We had a great time. We had a six sisters trip; 4 from Baton Rouge, LA, One from Houston, TX and one from Norman, OK. The scenery and accommodations were impeccable.
