We have stayed in many beach houses and this one by far has been the best! Very clean, spacious for our big family! The amenities were great as well! The owners are Fabulous and stay on top of anything you need! I give it 10 stars!♥️

The house was perfect for our getaway and the hosts very responsive. The house is a short 5 minute walk to the beach and very clean. There were plenty of rooms and beds for all 10 of us. Would recommend for any family looking for a quiet getaway.

Overall, the facility was as advertised. A couple of suggestions, though. There were twelve of us staying and only two partial rolls of toilet paper. We didn't plan to furnish our own. Also, the downstairs/outside shower glass had been broken and small pieces of glass were still around the frame of the glass and on the ground. One of our granddaughters cut her foot on a piece of glass from the door.

We rent a beach house every year now that most of the kids are grown. This has been the best experience so far! The location is perfect, house is well maintained, and the owners checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. I will definitely stay here again!

There was a couple items the cleaning crew didn’t tell the owners about but besides that… the perfect beach weekend. None of it was cause for us not to be able to enjoy our time.

The house is in a great location. We enjoyed all the amenities the house has to offer. We especially enjoyed sitting on the porch.
The kids had a wonderful time at the beach and swinging in the swings under the house as well as having televisions in multiple rooms.

We had a great time at Coastal Distancing. The kids had fun with the loft and TV and the bunk bed room and playing Wii. We had nearby friends over for dinner and there is plenty of room for entertainment for large families booking the home as there were only 5 of us. Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay!
Tiffany is so awesome. Such a beautiful house with tons of space. Our whole group was very comfortable and we had everything we needed to cook and spend a whole weekend on the beach. Will definitely be returning.

Wonderful and relaxing
Lovely beach vacation. Cute charcoal grill and firepit kept my husband entertained for hours and us with delicious dinners. The swing on the balcony was really nice at night. Far enough from the beach but not too far - the golf cart was wonderful!

The property was clean and inviting, the decorations of the home were amazing and accommodating. We did have a little bit of a problem with the water pressure in the bathroom showers but the downstairs shower outside was amazing. About a block and a half two blocks from the beach great location beautiful property. Would refer you to this property and any others like it. Had a great time with family and friends.

We stayed 3 nights with our adult children amd the grandkids. The house is big enough for us all to have our own rooms. The location is great amd we made some wonderful memories. We will keep this house on our rental list for sure !

Love this House!
The house was great! Beds and couches were comfy! The view from the top room is amazing! Love watching the huge boats come through. The air conditioning was great, the dehumidifiers down stairs is brilliant! We will definately be back!

Sad we never got the opportunity to play the old-school Nintendo. I planned a family game night and then the beach was rough the the couch so comfy that we all fell asleep!
