The property was great, it was exactly as described.

The staff went above and beyond expectations! They helped us celebrate our 55th wedding anniversary too! Friendly and helpful text messages. Concern about our expectation and requests. Very accommodating! Even though a little further out, loved the peace and highly recommend using the taxis to get around. Beautiful room with a wonderful view!! Thank you, thank you!

Great setting on the water with nice beach & view!! Hotel & Rooms are very well designed & have all the right touches!! Great pool & nice outdoor bar with good menu!! Everyone was friendly & very attentive!!

1) I expected so much more for USD 4,000 for six nights. 2) Our room was never cleaned when we returned from the day out. 3) I had to go to reception twice to ask for towels to shower so we could make our dinner reservation. 4) The cleaning staff left garbage bags and dirty towels every day in the hallways. Very disgusting. 5) Never enjoyed the pool as they allow kids to throw footballs all day across the pool. The pool is too small to allow this. Was hit several times with footballs. 6) No bell service or room service for USD 600 a night. 7) Cleaning staff never left new shower gel each day. 8) Very poor service for what you are charging per night.
