Les lits étroits L'hôtel est relativement vétuste et mériterait un petit coup de frais, pour le prix... Sans navette ou voiture, c'est assez loin d'aller au centre-ville.

Poor breakfast and lack of daily room service

Local agradável, bom café da manhã , piscina bonita , transfer para o centro e praia , ótimo pois no centro é difícil de parar , está 1/2 hora de caminhada do centro e da praia .

Quarto com móveis antigos , precisa de uma renovação, não condiz com valor pago pela diária , quarto pequeno . Não foi limpo durante estadia de 2 dias , o chão do banheiro quando chegamos tinha alguns fios de cabelos. Resumindo quarto ruim, pouco espaço para malas , porém como o custo dia hotéis próximos ao centro e exorbitante, e este tem estacionamento e café no preço , valeu a pena . Ah os motoristas transfer antipaticos , sendo que um deles ia o caminho todo sem cinto , com o alarme apitando , dirigiam de mal humor .

The pool was very pretty. The daily breakfast was very convenient and good. The shuttle into downtown Key West was a great amenity. Front desk employees were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is OK, good coffeee and choices of foods. The eggs and sausage were terrible, really not worth putting out if that is the quality and effort that going to be used . Eggs were like soup, the “ham “ looked like something found on a Little Ceasers Pizza or cheaper . For the money this hotel (and others) gouge! people for a place to sleep put a little more effort into the “hot” breakfast portion or just leave it out. The location is good, the people were helpful and the shuttle to Duval is good.

The breakfast issues stayed in previous response, the floor in our room was tile (Id assume most are ) is filthy . If you walk around the room a bit barefoot your feet are black, ridiculous. Use a mop on the floor . Again, this place charges over $400/night for a tiny room that has squeaky beds, a filthy floors and marginal cleanliness around the rest of the property. I realize part of it is a Key West thing, but every time I stay there I feel a bit ripped off on what I pay vs received. Will be looking to stay elsewhere next time down.

Place to sleep maybe...in smell of dampness. AWFUL.

First cockroaches.The smell of dampness and mold in the room (junior suite) was terrible, unbearable. I have never seen anything so disgusting before. Terrible. Breakfast-terrible. Choice non-existent. (scrambled eggs floating in water, vegan steak, bread) Price-quality ratio 0

Reasonable location. Beach and downtown distance using the shuttle was convenient.

Room was quite small and the hotel could improve the cleanliness in the hallways, pool and breakfast. A bit expensive for the levl of service offered.

The pool and area surrounding it was very nice. The breakfast was mediocre.

The room was less than impressive, and felt more like a Motel 6 then a Fairfield Inn. It also smelled like it had been a smoking room at one time.

Very noisy right next to the road. Not as presented in pictures. Felt a bit unsafe. Air-conditioning was very loud. Roosters crowing annoying from 2am to 6am.. Cleaners didn't give coffee or change towels unless I contacted reception. Total ripoff for the price. Was nowhere near town. Shuttle driver abd housekeeping both quite rude. Shower pressure non existent and toilet got blocked obe night. Double beds tiny pillows awful

Es gibt einen Gratisbus vom Hotel direkt ins Zentrum der Stadt und auch zurück zum Hotel - dies jeweils stündlich. Schöne Poolanlage mit genügend Liegen. Gutes Frühstück, welches inbegriffen war im Zimmerpreis. Genügend Parkplätze, welche gratis sind.

Unser Zweibett-Zimmer war ziemlich klein. Koffer ist fast nicht aufklappbar.

Pool area was nice.

The room size could be larger for a family room. There was hardly any space for a family of 4 with double beds. Breakfast was also very basic.

We had a very nice stay. It was cool at the time, so we were unable to enjoy the pool, but the pool bar was a nice place to relax and the complimentary drink coupons were appreciated. Parking was easy and the location is right on the middle of the business district which was convenient for our business trip. It’s also on a short drive to Duval Street which allowed us to participate in the fun after work.

Breakfast was exceptional. Room was very clean and comfortable. Pool was very nice. Lots of loungers and several cabanas for use at no charge, just who ever gets to them first. Front desk staff was nice and helpful. The rest of the staff were fine but no one smiles it seems to want to be there, except for the breakfast staff. They are very nice and always smiling.

The pool said heated upon booking but it definitely wasn’t. It was super cold but we eventually got used to it and tried to enjoy it because it was beautiful. Very fee people actually got in it because it was so cold. But a lot of people did lounge around the pool. There were chairs and umbrellas provided for guests at Smathers Beach, but it was not nice and smelled terrible
