Líbere Vitoria

A bit off the centre, but still walkable distance. Super convenient with the supermarket downstairs. The staff is very responsive to complaints and requests

The sofa in the living room is just dreadful, you get no sleep whatsoever due to lack of comfort. Washer/dryer has its moods:).

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The staff were fabulous. Every enquiry I made was answered quickly. Every request was responded to.

Appartamento molto spazioso e pulito. Bagno bellissimo con doccia grande. Letto comodo, presente cucina completamente attrezzata anche con stoviglie e utensili. Fuori dal centro, ma ci si arriva a piedi in 10 minuti.

The apartment and location were good but over priced

I have been travelling from Spain to UK for the last 14 years and always used Booking.com without any problem. As usual I request parking and let the property know I have 2 dogs. We arrived at property and they wanted payment for dogs, but said parking was unavailable. It took us an hour to negotiate the one way systems to find parking at an extra cost of 26 euro and then carry our cases and dogs for 10 minutes to hotel I am absolutely disgusted that they received my message regarding the dogs but negated to tell me we would not have parking. If they had we would have cancelled and found elsewhere. To let all those travelling with dogs know it was an exorbitant extra 44 euro on top of the 162 euro for the room. This is a total of 232 euro for 1night, NO Breakfast. BeWARE BOOKING AT THIS PREMISIS. I NEVER USUALLY LEAVE REVIEWS. I hope booking.com will compensate me. I will be leaving this review on trip adviser and other platforms!
