We loved everything from the location to the cottage! It was so cozy and comfortable we wished we could have stayed another night. The hostess was absolutely wonderful, helpful and welcoming.
That we could only stay one night!

Spacious cottage in the middle of picturesque farm. Very cosy and comfy. Very warm and nice host. Great location for Rotorua trip. Quiet and close to the lake with beautiful view and to all attractions in the hot springs area.

Excellent location, very quiet. Really comfortable bed. Clean and tidy. Well equipped accommodation. Friendly and helpful host, loved chatting with you, Tracey when we first arrived. Loved feeding Soulman(horse) Would definitely stay again.
