Great location, walking distance to Ngnongotaha shops and the lake, 12 mins drive from Rotorua central - pet and family friendly, well appointed - all new, functional kitchen implements for example, which is just fantastic. Arriving and knowing the pans will work and not smoke out the house was wonderful. Fully fenced back garden if you bring a dog. So immaculately clean that I tried to put the lettuce through the fridge shelf into the vege bin! Warm, dry and really friendly host with super fast communication.Perfect set up for our family of four for a short stay.Only note - lock box hard to see in the dark on arrival, so bring a torch on your phone or whatever if you arrive late :)We were only there for the marathon this time, but will likely stay again for longer and enjoy the local attractions.

no friction check in. good location near Rotorua. This is exactly what we were looking for.

Great spot easy access into town, ideal for a family, host communication is excellent!! Highly recommond

Excellent place to stay. Very clean (is it new?) and quiet. Thank you
