Stayed there for a week. Excellent location, within walking distance of Walmart in case you need to pick up items. Excellent view of the ocean from the 16th floor balcony, a great place to watch sunsets in the evening and listen to the waves crash against the shore. The condo is spacious enough for a couple of people, the bedroom is very large. The kitchen is well stocked with pans, etc... . It was great having instructions on how to use the Roku tv for streaming or for cable, most condos don't leave instructions and it is very frustrating trying to figure out how to configure the tv if your home setup isn't the same. Rachel had excellent communication and was available for several minor issues that I had which were resolved immediately. The only negative thing I can say is that the outside pool is not heated, and in early February the water is colder than the ocean making it almost impossible to swim laps in. The outside hot tub was heated though.

This place was so great. Perfect couples retreat! View was amazing and the balcony was so nice and dry, even when mother nature was raining down. The place had every thing we needed for our short stay. The owners were so nice and responsive to any questions we had (including prior to our arrival and during). We love to stay again!

The view of the gulf from the private balcony was excellent. The beach has very soft sand, is quite wide and easily accessible as is the pool and hot tub. We had everything we needed and the king bed was very comfortable. Great place to stay with a very easy check in.
Also, the wifi is a secure network.

The condo is very comfortable with everything you could possibly need.

Very easy process to check in! Great communication with the owner from the time we booked! Condo was super clean and stocked with everything we needed. The beach chairs were such a nice addition so we didn’t have to pack ours. The location was great! Would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a marvelous vacation. I can't say enough good things about this condo. We both agreed that it was the most comfortable bed we've probably ever slept in on vacation. I loved the colors chosen for the rooms, and the decor was perfect. I do not believe that I have ever stayed in such a clean condo at a beach. We can tell that the owner takes pride in her investment, and appreciate her sharing it with us. Truly, I cannot think of one negative thing to say. Panama City Beach is our favorite vacation destination, and this condo has been our favorite. I hope we are blessed enough to come again next year and if so we will certainly want this condo.

We had the best stay, Rachel is amazing! The condo is great, just the right size! The balcony views were amazing, sunsets were so beautiful!!

The weather was perfect the whole time we stayed there, the location is perfect, and the beach was not too crowded!! We loved our stay, and we will definitely be back soon!!

The place was great and the person who manages the property is extremely responsive and helpful. The location felt secure and it had plenty of people enjoying their vacations, but it wasn't loud or cramped. We just needed an extra chair and some extra cleaning when we arrived, and that was taken care of quickly. I would recommend it!

Kitchen was well stocked with cookware ,there was plenty of seating both inside and on balcony, very comfortable beds and the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Rachael responded immediately to our questions. Wonderful place and wonderful people!!! Hope to go again and again

We had everything we needed for a great week at the beach. Owners were quick to reply. The condo was a great location (not too busy, not too dead) and having beach loungers and umbrella was great. The beach was beautiful and in May, the ocean was already 80 degree. We wished the complex was non-smoking - we had a lot of interesting smells from the neighboring balcony. No fault of the owners and my review does reflect this issue. We'd come back. Thanks!

This was our second time renting the unit for our Spring getaway. The unit is exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the large balcony on the 16th floor. Again, we had easy access to the beach with complimentary chairs and umbrella. We really appreciate the location of the unit on the strip. It was not crowded and no traffic. We will be back next year (hopefully with an annual renter’s discount:)),

This condo is the perfect location. We loved the high floor and the complex has everything. We had some difficult life circumstances and communicating with the owner was flawless. We would book again next we come.

Loved the condo, perfect balcony view of the ocean. We frequented the hot tub and on a rainy day, we used the indoor one, it’s huge. We went in November and loved how it felt like our own private beach. The condo is in a great location and on the quieter side of front beach road. Three breakfast spots we could walk to and in a great location where dinner was a quick drive. Loved that there was washer/dryer in the condo as well as a keurig. Nice fluffy towels in the bathrooms and soft blankets in the living room for evenings on the balcony. Loved it, will definitely keep this condo on our list of revisits.
