We thank the host Sam for his support. It was a quiet, calm, clean and comfortable house. It was perfect in location. Free parking for the car also. When we come to Los Angles again, we will definitely stay in the same place. A place where they can relax especially for families with children

That my kids had their own space where they could chill and relax. But the lounge area was perfect for us a family to chill.and relax as well. It had everything we wanted. Our family loved it. Thank you for the best family experience.

- El departamento es moderno y aparentemente de reciente construcción. - Ubicación cerca de Santa Monica Blvd, que tiene buena conexión de transporte. - La anfitriona nos permitió un check-in anticipado de dos horas, sin costo adicional. - La anfitriona respondió prontamente las consultas, acudiendo incluso a mostrarnos las toallas.

- La vista, horrible, a un patio interior minúsculo y desordenado, no concuerda con lo mostrado en la publicidad en Booking. Esto nos obligó a estar con las cortinas permanentemente cerradas. - El departamento tiene varios detalles de terminación (se lo hice saber a la anfitriona). - El departamento no estaba preparado para recibir huéspedes: tuve que preguntar en dónde estaban las toallas, pues solo encontré algunas dentro de la secadora de ropa, que no parecían estar limpias. La anfitriona acudió y dijo que sí estaban limpias, pues las habían dejado secando. - Las camas no tenían la sábana superior. La anfitriona respondió que ellos no las usaban y que correspondía al estilo europeo (he estado en vario países de Europa, y nunca vi eso). Tampoco accedió a facilitarnos esas sábanas.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, logement spacieux, propre, confortable et l'emplacement calme, on avait tout ce dont on avait besoin. Notre hôte était réactive et c'était notre petit coup de cœur. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

It is an amazing place to stay, near Hollywood and very good restaurants. You can reach Universal Studios in 10 minutes. If you have a car you can park in their garage, it is safe, reserved and FREE which saves you around $60 per day! The staff was really kind and always response to your message. Definitely want to go again next time. Thank you for everything!

We enjoyed having a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a laundry. The perfect set up for families. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The parking was a great addition too.

It’s a shame that the area can be viewed as questionable but we felt very safe once inside the property.

Amazing place for families. Comfortable rooms, well equipped kitchen, good location (very close to many touristic places) and very clean. We had a great time there and I definitely recommend it.

Spacious unit, plenty of room for 4 adults. Loved the Hollywood sign sneaking its way into our view from the balcony! Safe and secure place.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Los Angeles Suites and I feel compelled to share my deeply unsatisfactory experience. I was utterly disappointed with the quality of the accommodation, the misleading cleaning fee, the lack of essential amenities, and the excessive list of rules that made my stay feel more like living in a prison than a vacation. Misleading Cleaning Fee: To begin with, I was charged a hefty $300 cleaning fee when booking this apartment. I expected a clean and well-maintained space, but upon arrival, I was met with a dirty and disheveled apartment. It was evident that the apartment had not been properly cleaned in some time, as I had to wipe the entire floor and clean various surfaces. Paying such a high cleaning fee, I should not have had to perform a deep clean upon my arrival. Inadequate Amenities: This apartment was advertised to accommodate more than 5 people, yet I was shocked to find that it was furnished with only 4 plates, and there were other utensils in even fewer quantities. This shortage of basic kitchen items made it incredibly inconvenient to prepare meals for the number of people the apartment was intended for. Excessive Rules and Penalties: I was provided with a seemingly never-ending list of rules and regulations for my stay, with penalty fees ranging in the hundreds of dollars for even the most minor infractions. It was beyond excessive and made my stay feel restrictive and uncomfortable. Forgetting to switch off one light or any other minor slip-up could result in a significant financial penalty. Waste Disposal Responsibility: Despite paying a substantial cleaning fee, I was astonished to discover that I was responsible for taking out all rubbish to a waste disposal area. This is a basic service that should be included in the cleaning fee and not placed on the shoulders of guests. Parking: be very wary of entering the code to enter the Garage.

Die Lage der Wohnung, wenn auch nicht die vertrauenswürdigste, ist recht zentral und der Walk of Fame oder auch die Universal Studios sind schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war groß und hatte zwei Bäder. Die Betten waren recht bequem. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Der Check in Prozess war verständlich im Vorfeld per WhatsApp erläutert.

Bei unserer Rundreise durch Amerika haben wir in vielen Wohnungen gewohnt, die alle deutlich günstiger aber wesentlich sauberer und besser ausgestattet waren als diese! Die 11 Nächte in Los Angeles sollten für uns der krönende Abschluss werden, entwickelten sich dann aber zum Desaster und wir können nicht verstehen, wie die ganzen positiven Bewertungen zu Stande kommen. Bereits der Check in (der wohlgemerkt erst ab 17 Uhr möglich war, wohingegen der Check out schon um 11 Uhr ist) lief nicht reibungslos. Als wir gegen 17:30 Uhr in die Wohnung wollten, wurden wir erstmal ewig von einem Hund in der Wohnung angebellt, der zum Putztrupp gehört. Eine der Frauen versuchte uns dann schreiend zu erklären, dass sie noch mindestens eine halbe Stunde brauchen und wir im Auto warten sollen. Als wir dann endlich in die Wohnung konnten, fielen gleich viele Mängel auf. Die vorhandenen Handtücher (einige waren noch im Trockner) waren fleckig, ebenso die Bettlaken. Die Toilettenpapierhalter waren in beiden Bädern kaputt, die Ausflüsse ekelhaft dreckig, die Dichtung der Waschmaschine ebenfalls dreckig sowie der Fußboden. Die herumliegenden Stöpsel im Bad reparierte mein Mann selbst. Auch die weißen Wände waren überall fleckig und auf den Scheuerleisten stand der Staub. Utensilien wie Spülmittel und Geschirrtücher fehlten gänzlich. Wir meldeten dies dem Vermieter und baten darum unser Geld wieder zu bekommen, um ausziehen zu können. Er bot uns lediglich ein Viertel des ursprünglichen Reisepreises an, schlug aber eine weitere Reinigung der Wohnung vor. Diese wurde dann auch durchgeführt, was für uns einen weiteren verschenken Reisetag bedeutete, weil wir auf die Reinigungskräfte warten mussten. Auch nach der Reinigung blieben einige Mängel bestehen, es wurden jedoch wenigstens die Handtücher und Bettlaken getauscht und wir bekamen Spülmittel und Geschirrtücher.

This apartment was a good sized space with newer appliances and laundry machines in the unit. It felt secure with the gated garage and locked lobby area. Staff responded quickly when we had an issue getting into the building.

The beds in this unit were very firm and there is a lot of traffic noise even in the middle of the night. The parking space for the unit is very tight, so if you have a really large car like a Suburban it may not work for you. Our rental car fit fine (Chevy Malibu).

Ubicado en una zona cercana a muchos lugares turísiticos, importante que incluye el parqueo y es amplio, se puede hacer compras on line y no cobran cargos adicionales ya que cuentan con lockers para ese fin, es un lugar seguro, tranquilo y especial para el descanso después de largos días caminando y conociendo LA. Con respecto al apartamento, cuenta con implementos básicos de limpieza, jabón líquido, shampoo, también hay utensilios de cocina y las camas son muy confortables.

El ascensor se dañó y al estar en un tercer piso era complicado subir con niños y con paquetes de compras.

My family and I had a fantastic time in this property. We had flats 5 and 6 and they were simply perfect. They were big, clean and well equiped. Also, we had two parks for each of our cars. Sam has been a fantastic support for us, he helped us a lot replying very quickly and his instructions for check in/out were super clear. The flats are in Hollywood, in a very good position. we could also see the sign by the balcuny. I would definitely recommend this property and Sam, fantastic experience.

Towels were old and worn out. I had to buy new towels. Crockery weren't properly washed The apartment furniture didn't look like the photos. It was grey, dark and dull. Nothing like the photo. The mattresses were spring mattresses (cheaper). Ended up with back pain on a daily.

Location was very good. The appartment was clean and had everything we needed.

It was a self catering apt. The location was very good. Easy access to the building and free parking which is a bonus. The owner was very helpful and prompt in attending to our requests.

The air conditioning was noisy.

It’s location in the heart of Hollywood, about 10mins from the Walk of Fame on Vine Street was awesome! The immediate neighborhood is replete with fine restaurants and swanky shops. Great sights and sounds. Perfecto!!!

There was no offer to clean the apartment while we were there. As a result, the floor was consistently grimy. Even though the rest of the apartment was relatively clean and decent.

Location is excellent, very close to Universal & Warner. The apartment is well equipped, clean, spacious and comfortable. Very easy communication with staff, private parking and building itself is also very nice.

The apartment was very spacious and luminous. It was so well equipped that we could cook everything we wanted. Bed was very comfortable. We could connect our Ipad to the TV and watch our own programmes. The apartment comes with secure parking spaces. The location was excellent. You can walk to Hollywood Boulevard and Sunset Boulevard. Many coffees and eateries around. There was also a big supermarket really close. Communication was excellent. The host were very quick at responding. It is super easy to check in and check out.
