We came during Memorial Day week with all of our extended family (14 people in total). Overall the property was amazing for what we wanted/ needed. The elevator was a tremendous help for our older family members. The kitchen/ living room was a great place to relax and catch up, but the house had enough room we could escape to our own areas when we wanted to. The location was perfect for walking to the beach and the included pool was great for when we wanted to do late night swims. The beds are very comfortable and this is a great home for families with small children. The house was not perfect, it is much more banged up than the photos show. The walls are very scuffed up, and some cabinets are broken at the hinges. Our major complaint is that the 4th floor and stairwell has an extreme dog/animal smell. The house is not “stocked” as well as we expected with paper towels, beach towels, toilet paper, and soap. To be fair, we did not reach out to the house regarding this and purchased towels and other items that we needed.

The property listing advertised amenities including a ping pong table, an arcade with over 5,000 games, body boards, an LED beer pong table, cornhole, and beach toys. Unfortunately, none of these items were available at the property, which made the listing feel misleading. Additionally, the living room furniture differed from what was shown in the online photos.

Wonderful time at our stay! The house is very well stocked and great location!

The location of the property and the decor and number of bedrooms was great. We chose the property because of the elevator use but unfortunately it was down more than it was up. Trying to contact and get assistance with this problem was far less than desirable!! Several other issues were finally addressed by the owner but only after we had called VRBO.
