Overall, the view is wonderful, but that’s true of any oceanfront property. I think we went in expecting more given the reviews and price. It’s your typical rental - old and worn furniture, squeaky bed, clean enough but certainly not 4.9 star worthy. Check in was terrible. We arrived and the battery in the digital lock was dead. Amy was very responsive and called a locksmith but it took an hour to get in. The thermostat gave us problems as well. It wouldn’t get to the temperature we programmed and only felt warm air in the first bedroom and kitchen. Living room and master bedroom had cool air blowing at all times. We used every blanket in the condo and slept in socks and sweatsuits. When I let Amy know, she offered to find us a place to stay but we weren’t packing up to move again. She said they tweaked something on their end and suddenly the thermostat worked. I think overall, we didn’t feel the unit was ready for renters. I get that it’s off season, but it’s our favorite time of year. We will not return but wish them well.

We had a wonderful vacation at this property. Sooo close to the beach. Great views. Loved the large balcony. L Great size for my family of 4. 100% would recommend to others.

My hubby and I have been coming to Ocean City for 32 years renting house in the Pinsa or condos on the beach. 203 Misty Sea is perfect for dolphin watching, sunrise watching, access to the beach and all around comfort! Will definitely be putting in our reservation for next year! Thanks for your hospitality!

This is a great condo in a fabulous location. It's well appointed with just about everything you'll need, and the ocean views are spectacular. That said, the floors and bathrooms weren't cleaned well, the linen package we purchased included paper-thin bath towels, the washing machine didn't work, and we were unable to reach the owner during our stay, despite several VRBO messages and voicemails over the course of the week. Fortunately, we had family members staying in other units in the building, so we were able to work around most of these issues.

The condo is beautiful and comfortable. The location couldn't be better. The balcony is outstanding! We were very happy with our stay. Amy was extremely helpful and great to deal with. Definitely recommend!

We found this condo to be comfortable and cozy with incredible views of the ocean. There is a large kitchen and plenty of seating in the family room. Everything was easy…easy to park, get onto the beach, walk to restaurants and shops and drive down to the boardwalk. We also liked that it was quiet at night and not crowded with people. This is a great place for families.

My family and I loved the condo and the views from the two(!) balconies. Weather was a little cool but we took advantage of no rain and walked the beaches, the clean boardwalk and the shops.
I spent time with my grandkids, son and husband making memories.
Owner was very responsive and got right back with answers to my questions.
Don’t hesitate to enjoy this clean condo and the many amenities. You won’t regret it!

This was my second time staying here and I always enjoy myself. Plenty of space for everyone and the views are unbeatable. Amy is very attentive and accommodating. You cant go wrong staying here. My first choice always!!

Great time. The view was amazing! It was such a gorge at location for having little ones especially. The beach is right there so not lugging back and forth a ton of items. Any restaurant, take out, market, candy, ice cream all within blocks. The place was comfortable for us with a perfect location. The owner got back to me quickly with all of my questions. Hope to be back soon! Would recommend to anyone!

The condo was clean and VERY well situated mid town. The view from both the great room and master bedroom was FANTASTIC. Which was great since the weather was anything but. We were still able to enjoy lots of ocean watching and relaxing in a warm and protected environment. It was quiet and peaceful and we will definitely rent again.

Wonderful Anniversary week!
Beautiful condo with wonderful views. We loved being able to see the ocean from the time we walked in the door. It was chilly but seeing dolphins every day while snuggled up on the balcony just warmed our souls. We enjoyed eating many of our meals out on the balcony. We brought solar lanterns to enjoy at night whether we outside on the balcony or inside
They were the perfect complement to this perfect condo!!!
