I rented the property with eight friends for a four-night getaway. The property was even more breathtaking in person than in the photos. When we arrived, the property was left in perfect condition. The property manager, Sharleen, was there to greet me and offered her contact in case anything came up, but nothing did! Our stay could not have been any more perfect. Fantastic location, with great indoor and outdoor space. I would happily rent again.

This house is beautiful, canal front, pool is great, location in a family neighborhood with park within walking distance.
Some misses-the quality of the linens, towels, and beach towels are poor for the quality level of the house. Also the quality of the couches are poor and uncomfortable. There is only one nightstand in each room. Different type of tv in each room. We had to use the air mattresses for the kids … we woke up in the middle of the night to kids crying and piled on top of each other from the air mattress losing air and collapsing on them. Need better explanation of how exactly to use the pool remote to get the spa bubbles working. The rental company did give some suggestions but we were worried to be pushing the wrong buttons. The dishwasher needs to be pushed closed with extra love in order to get it to turn on. The garbage disposal was full when we arrived and even after resetting the button below per the direction of the rental company, it still didn’t work. The fridge was 48 degrees on arrival and with a car load of groceries we were nervous about getting it to an appropriate temp. It finally kicked on after turning it off and then back on. It smelled like someone had been using the wash station in the laundry as a urinal, wreaking of urine. Lastly the cleaners were still there when we showed up for check in, they had to leave beach towels in the dyer from the previous renters and we wondered if they had time to get finish cleaning everything.

I booked this VRBO for my sisters bachelorette weekend. I have to say, the house exceeded our expectations! Very open, beautiful inside, great outdoor setup with pool and hot tub, and good location to airport, bars, restaurants, and beaches. At fist, it was a bit difficult to communicate with the property managers, but once I got a hold of them they were very accommodating and nice. Overall, the girls and I were very impressed with the house, and would absolutely recommend this place!

Million $ Property with Potential
The property itself is amazing, and is as it appears in the photos. It has great potential! Initial communication week prior to trip was great! Unfortunately, I had to demand keypad code at the time of checkin, which should have been provided without requesting it. Cleanliness: would have been 4-5 stars but the old living room furniture had stains that were disturbing so we bought cheap throws to cover all 3 sofas. This furniture did not match the quality of the home. Kitchen is decked out w/ Viking appliances, a chef’s kitchen; but the sink disposals did not work even after resetting. The host was informed but did not send anyone to repair it (was 1 day before our last day). To my dismay the master bed was clad in microfiber sheets; not what I expect when paying thousands of dollars for a 4 night rental. So we bought our own. There is an infestation of very, very, tiny ants crawling all over on the nightstand in the bedrooms (none IN the beds - thank goodness!). The recess lights in the house are great y to touch & add ambiance. The set over the living room, however, we’re stuck on flashing-psychedelic-changing-colors, so we just left them turned off.
Temperature in the house: We noticed during the day the home seemed to not cool below 78 degrees (a humid 78!); it dawned on me that the temperature is controlled remotely. It was not until I demanded that the house be allowed to cool down, as we were planning to be in the house and have a chef over, that the temperature began to cool; and this was in June, in Florida!
The pool & deck areas are lovely; however the nice hanging lights in the tree - we never got to work. The remote for the pool & jacuzzi work well and They are chlorinated- yay! Be aware that this property is along a river - so watch for wildlife; the iguanas were fun to watch. This property has great potential and can easily be a 4-5 star if these issue are remedied: begging for keypad code, old stained furniture, in sink disposals in disrepair, outside tree lights & inside living room ceiling bay lights not working, microfiber sheets, house not allowed to cool until demand made, any infestation, lagging communication of the host. The host refunded us the Service fee $362; should have been a refund much more than that. Communication was slow at times during our stay - I feel they had our money and we were taken for granted.

There were no instructions on how to use sound system, tv, spa, or turn on outside lights wrapped around the tree. We were excited to take a family photo at night with the tree and lights - and it was a fail. Pool guy showed up Friday morning with out warning. Linens and towels a bit tired and in general need to be freshened up. Pool table sticks missing tips - just the attention to details in general were a miss. Overall House was fantastic and we really enjoyed our time in Fort Lauderdale.

2. Upon arrival, we spoke with Marc Edwards, the Chief Operations Officer of Easy Air Rentals, to discuss our considerable disappointment with the condition of the house. There were no follow up actions to remedy the problems noted below during the period of our stay.
3. We asked for a local representative to come to the house to discuss the problems we found. We were told the local representative was not available.
4. We were told we would be contacted by the supervisor of the cleaning service. We were not contacted.
5. Here are some observations:
a. Our rental began on Saturday. When we arrived, there was a large load of leaves on the bottom of the pool. We were told that the pool service comes weekly on Tuesday to clean the pool. That’s halfway through the rental period. The pool should have been cleaned prior to our arrival and additional service should have been provided due to the leaf fall from windy conditions. The pool service person arrived at 11:45 on Tuesday and stayed for 45 minutes.
b. Due to windy conditions, there were many leaves on the outside patio area. Neighbors across the street had several service people with leaf blowers removing leaves from their patios. The same should have been done here. It was not.
c. There were no instructions about heating the pool and spa.
d. On a shelf below the living room TV, there were many (more than a half dozen) remote control units for the various electronics in the house. No information was provided for where each of them were to be used.
e. The cushion covers on the outside lounges were filthy, covered with green mold and an unknown greenish-brown substance. They should have been laundered by the cleaning people. We had to do this.
f. Two of the five outdoor bar stools had no cushions.
g. Two of the six chairs at the outdoor dining table were broken.
h. The gas grill was covered with dried food. The cleaning person who we met on arrival said he doesn’t clean the outside area. Who does?
i. One of the floor tiles adjacent to the pool was loose and hazardous.
j. There is a scattering of junk in the area of the pool heating/filtration equipment.
k. There is an old door screen leaning against the bar alongside a group of roofing tiles.
l. Old food was in the fridge.
m. The garbage cans were full.

This property was everything it said! We had a wonderful time using the private pool and beautiful open floor plan home! The neighborhood was nice and within close proximity to food and coffee. The ocean was a short drive of maybe 10 mins giving traffic.
The only downfall which was probably just for our stay was directly next door they were tearing down a house and the noise was a bit unbearable some days so we just went somewhere In town. If we would have known about this we surely would not have paid what we did for this amazing house, but I don’t think the owners knew it was happening. I did reach out to them and sent a video of it but unfortunately didn’t hear back.
Other than the demolition everything was perfect!!!.

Great getaway
My favorite to this house was the very hot hot tub and pool.
The kitchen is huge and has a great overlook to the rest of the living room, pool table, dining table and beautiful outside. This house is also located in a really wonderful neighborhood.
If you happen to have a boat the bridge to get to this house is a bit low but can easily get through on low tied.
While I was there the neighbor had some small birds which you could barely hear but made it seem like a tropical paradise while outside.
High recommended to stay at if you are looking to get away and relax.

Great Luxe Space
We enjoyed our stay. The interior of the house is even nicer than the photos. The finishes and design are great and the house was totally clean. Really fun to cook in the kitchen on the huge Viking range and keep our wine in the 6ft+ wine fridge!
The backyard is nice, but it could use a bit more upkeep. We weren't able to use the grill/outdoor kitchen, it hasn't been maintained. There were also a ton of mosquitoes, likely due to standing water and some unkept landscaping. However, it didn't detract too much from enjoying the house.

If it’s wasn’t for me constantly calling and texting the hot tub would have not been hot... the outdoor kitchen hasn’t been taken care of so don’t expect it to work, you will be grilling inside. All In all everything else is what it looks like, beautiful! I would defiantly stay again.
