Lots of space, fantastic suite. Good sized, comfy bed.

Shower head was too low for my 6ft son to use comfortably. Food in restaurant was disappointing. Our burger was undercooked.

I had a horrible experience. I froze my tail off. Was sleep deprived for 2 days because there was no heat in the room. I was told by a day manager Max that “this hotel has no heat”. I don’t believe that when other managers were shocked by his response. When you have aggressive rheumatoid arthritis as I do, you cannot possibly sleep when the room temperature stays at 65 degrees. I had to try to sleep with 3 layers top and bottom, thick socks and wool cap. My God it was horrible. The hotel never offered to find a space heater for my room. They should comp me a free weekend in another heated room with breakfast. I couldn’t wait to get the hell out of there and return to my heated home. The only redeeming feature was the staff specifically Ana, night manager, and Whitney.

Breakfast along with kitchen staff were remarkable. Housekeeper was pleasant.

Too much to list but here’s a start: No food available after 9 pm Items for sale (ice cream, chips) were old and stale; ice cream had been melted and refrozen $100/day credit card hold: this means on a two day stay expect an $800 credit card hold Beds are not updated Valet is minimal which means traffic could be backed up to the Main Street Front desk staff were perfunctory in their work: nothing special and the manager checked me in

The Water Taxi was by far one of the greatest experiences and way to get around to see the sights. Also enjoyed being next to the Galleria Mall. My room was really great although I didn't stay in it very long as I was attending a wedding Would have liked a chance to check out the beach but maybe next time. Nice lounge area on the canal and lots to see just hanging out there. Also, the fitness room, although small, packed a lot of punch - including a Peleton bike, weights and treadmill.

The lighting could have been better and brighter as I was on the street side vs. the water side. The bathroom was also missing a hairdryer. I called to see if I could get an earlier check in that day, and they said they should be able to accomodate me. However, when I got to the hotel at 2:00, they said they would call me when there was an availability. At 3:50 I checked in with the front desk again and they had no recollection of my request (I guess a changing of staff) but I did get a room.

It was near a really nice mall and all the activities/trips that were planned. One or two nice staff members.

My room smelt terrible from the moment I stepped in the door. The toilet in my room didn’t flush properly and the people across the hall had the same issue. Mm

Overall the hotel is very nice, the rooms are nice. This is our 3rd time staying here and everything was great.

We asked for toilet paper on my last night and never received it.

Restaurant was terrible. Service and food were both bad. Explains why it was empty the entire 4 days I was there.

No housekeeping service on a daily basis , only upon request. No, even a bottle of water was provided.. Different room category were provided, as the booked one was not available.

price, cleanliness (our friends discovered a urine soaked bed on arrival), staff unhelpful, hot tub was green
