The room was amazing, clean and very comfortable. Loved the soaking tub in the bathroom with the walk in shower. The pool area was lovely and the staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Also, what ever scent they use in the lobby is intoxicating! I am on a quest to find it for my home! I would definitely come back.
Please, please, please work on the elevator situation. Waiting 15-20 minutes for an elevator is very inconvenient when your room is on the upper floors.

The location of the property
I didn’t like I was charged $63.00 a night for valet parking.. you have to pay a $500 dollar incidental fee.. you have to pay to sit at the pool.. when I checked out they took 269.00 out of my 500 for parking and resort fee which was $62.00 dollars at night.. after me telling them I wanted to pay for parking out of my pockets.. I stayed at the hotel 5/6-5/8 and paid a total of $1308… I feel like I could’ve took a trip out of the country for that amount.. also the hotel is ok but it definitely needs to be upgraded.. you can tell their just continuously slapping a bunch of coats of paint to make it look new.. I enjoyed the area but not the hotel…
