We love the location. We took a cruise and checked into the hotel before we left Sept. 19th and checked back in when we returned from the cruise Sept. 26-28.
We were in a suite and it had little buds all over the counter. I do have a video of the buds. We also had a water issue in the hallway in the bedroom. We went to dinner Saturday evening and came back to water soaking the carpet in the hallway in front of our closet. We informed the property. We could tell this has happened before from the wood. We took pictures. We were leaving the next day so we just stayed in the room.

Room was spacious view of ocean
Disappointed that there was no concierge, decent breakfast, no one handler or helped with bags, and our room had plumbing issues.

I celebrated my son’s birthday last year and loved the idea of celebrating again because last year our room was amazing (except the faucet in the hot tub that was broken). I do love the hotel itself, the rooms are comfortable and the proximity to the beach.
Our room felt smaller than last year. The toilet had problems and the refrigerator was leaking.

The location was close to the beach
The refrigerator in the room did not work. It took a full day for it to get replaced. By then, all of our food was ruined.
