Location is super good. Walking distance to everything in Nimman. Easy to get a Tuktuk or Songthaew or just Grab. The staff is very nice and responsive via Line or phone. They are pretty hands off. Room is clean. It's pretty quiet most days, just occasional loud guests in the morning, but nothing too bad. Big fridge. Got a sink. Basic cutlery and plates. LOVE it!
The shower water was not very warm... but I understand the this was a particularly cold winter for them? That's the only thing, I like a hot shower, the water left me a bit chilly. Should be fine if you are not staying in winter time though.
