This studio exceeded our expectations! Very high quality features and attention to details. The layout made the space very comfortable for two people. Kent was highly responsive and the cleaning was impeccable. We loved the convenience of the location. It was perfect for enjoying town and a great base for day hikes. Extras like Google Home, a light-up bathroom mirror, and internet apps on the TV made it feel like home. We would definitely stay again if we are in Breckenridge in the future.

You couldn’t ask for a better studio apartment right on Main Street in Breck! The building doesn’t look like much on the outside, but everything has been updated tastefully.

This place was absolutely perfect for a stay in Breckenridge! Central location, close to EVERYTHING, and every thoughtful detail was noticed and appreciated. Kent has done a fantastic job making his unit beautiful and comfortable! We could not have enjoyed our stay more and will definitely be back! Prior to booking this I read every review and specifically chose this location because it had a king bed. All the reviews others have left are accurate about the room, location, amenities, etc. However the mattress is the worst my wife and I have slept on since college. It has body indentations and no support what so ever. Knowing Amazon sells beds in a bag that cost nothing we were really disappointed. The owner kept messaging us if anything isn’t 5 star let me know so I can fix it. We didn’t communicate with him because we were only there for a few days. The place is perfect except for the bed. In the add he has that he replaced the pull out couch mattress. I wouldn’t stay here until he replaces the king.

The location was perfect. We were walking distance from the ski lifts and downtown area. The condo was extremely clean and the fireplace was a perfect touch! We were warm and happy

The condo itself was very clean and extremely cozy. The location could not have been any better, we were within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. My wife and I will definitely be back!

The property has a great finish out, modern and clean and all the essentials were there. We skied for two days and we just walked to the Quick Silver lifts with our gear both days. The third day we went sledding with the sleds they provided in the condo, this was the only time we actually drove a car. Every night we walked to dinner on Main Street. The drive way is steep but we didn’t have any issues getting out and it had been snowing. Everything felt very safe, secure, and cozy.

My (now) fiancé and I had the best time at this property! It’s super conveniently located around the corner from Main Street, in walkable to distance to all restaurants, bars, and shops. The place itself was super clean, updated and included everything we needed. The fire place was our favorite part. We made a fire every night and it made it that much more cozy! Thank you to Kent for providing us with a fantastic experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kent’s place. It was the perfect size for three adults. The patio overlooks a little pond and path. We didn’t hear any noise from the restaurant and the hot tub was a nice perk. The rental was very clean and had everything we needed. Kent was so east to communicate with and even checked in to make sure we made it in and that everything was okay. The location was PERFECT!! Will definitely be back. Thank you Kent!
