Overall stay was perfect for our family size and number of kids. All of the outdoor activities made every day fun. They were definitely a difference maker when deciding which house to book and got used by everyone. The details were great, with patio drink holders in all the right places. I wish more houses had that much stuff to do. The bedroom and bathroom setups were also ideal for a house that size

This property was absolutely amazing for our family vacation including children and grandchildren. We’ve been coming to Captiva for 40 years and this home is one of the nicest we’ve enjoyed. The owners have carefully considered all details. We’ll be back …. Thanks!!!

Wonderful house for family get togethers. It’s got everything!! Beautifully designed, decorated, and outfitted for fun times and comfortable enjoyable living!

We loved the property. The kids were either in the pool or in the bunk room or arcade. The adults enjoyed the hot tub and the sliding doors to the porch area and putting green. Having the wagons to haul the beach chairs/rafts/toys made everything so easy. It was also nice to have a washer/dryer available to clean towels that we used multiple times.

Island Escape is a beautiful home with more amenities than I’ve ever seen. We had a great stay.

Stay was great especially with Tropical Storm Fred moving out. House was as advertised plus more. Would recommend Dream Vacations and this property. Members were great especially when mail delayed final payment.

This property was way above our expectations! Our family of 11, 8 adults, 2 children (8 and 6) and 1 infant. There were so many things to do on property for both adults and kids, with arcade games, ping pong, pool, foosball, golf green, and much more!! The house was decorated beautifully and had everything that you would need. The garage was full of rafts, beach chairs, wagons, bikes, boogie boards and located about 2 blocks from the beach! This house was our favorite by far for a family vacation!

This house was incredible!!! It was perfect for my family's dream vacation! There were 8 adults and 3 children. We live in Ft. Lauderdale and usually do a family vacation on a cruise or by plane somewhere, but, with Covid we went close by and this house was over the top with games to entertain the entire family. The house is beautifully decorated and anything you need in the kitchen they had, including a second refrigerator/freezer in the garage which was needed. The video games in the house were awesome for everyone at night to play, including a kids corner with a lego wall to put legos on and there were so many games outside we didn't have time to play them all! And to top it off there are so many things for the beach including 2 wagons, beach chairs, boogie boards, bikes etc. We have rented beautiful homes in the past but this one is the best we have ever stayed in. I have already been recommending it to many friends! Thank you Kevin and Jill!!! Dream Vacation Rentals were great! They sent us complete instructions 2 days prior to arrival about what time we could arrive, the number of items that were included in the house such as soaps, shampoo, laundry detergent etc.. The cleaning crew were done early so we were notified we could go into the house early and sent me the code to get in. Also very good about answering when we were going to run out of propane and I asked where to buy it, I received a response within a short time.

Island Escape was the perfect home for our large gathering! It was spotless and spacious! Meticulously maintained! This house included everything you could need for your beach vacation! It was tastefully decorated and the furniture was comfortable. The seashells are abundant! Around 4:00 p.m., the starfish and sand dollars would appear on the beach! It was beautiful! Island Escape's location to the beach and restaurants was perfect! Very close walking distance. Thank you to all your team mates that helped us during our stay! You run a tight ship and it was appreciated!

Island Escape is the most amazing vacation property we've ever rented. It greatly exceeded all of our expectations. The space is immaculate. It's like staying at your very own resort! So beautiful! We'll be back again and again!
