Great interior and ambiance Well-equipped and beautifully staged. No pictures of exterior home. Location close to eateries. Nice get-away and place for cozy comfort and catching up with old friends who aren’t interested in exploring surroundings..

My husband and I rented this house for the holidays and hosted all of the dinners and brunches there (for about 10 people in total). It was perfect-- A beautiful, spacious home with a fabulous kitchen, outdoor spaces, and beautiful bedrooms. The rooms are situated so that the living room, dining room, and kitchen are in one open space, so it was easy for everyone to spread out but still socialize.
Ginger was a wonderful host and responsive to all of my questions. We would love to stay here again!

Upon locking in my stay Ginger & Joe were very welcoming and seemded genuinely impressed by my interest in the property.
Im a Chef of and I was hired to cater an event in Sacramento! So, upon looking for an place with a great kitchen but counter space for prep and cooking! I ran across this beautiful ranch style home with counter, chef stove, counter space, refrigerator!!!

This property is gorgeous and renovated. Being able to park in the garage was a great bonus. The shower in the master bedroom is huge and super nice. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

What a beautiful, cozy place. We stayed here with friends while attending a 2 day concert. The house was stunning. They have an open concept place, beautifully decorated, clean, stocked with all the comforts of home. The check in / check out process was easy. We frequent concerts in the area and we'll definitely bookmark this house and return again. P.s. there are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby too.

The house is stocked better than any Short Term Rental we have ever stayed at. The only thing I can say about this place that is not 5+ stars is the street noise, the major road the property sits on has traffic 24/7

Wonderful farmhouse style decor, lots of amenities provided. Clean and fresh interiors and linens.
Appreciated the games for our teens and the Keurig which made great coffee each day!
Location is convenient to anything you need. Parking can be a bit tricky, but we made it work-even with some guests coming over.
Hosts are gracious and communicative.
Would definitley book again!

Since our retirement in 2003 my wife and I have done a lot of traveling and stayed in many VRBO properties across our Country. This home hosted by Ginger and Joseph has to be the best and completely stocked with everything that you could need of any that we have ever stayed in. Location in the Citrus Heights area was perfect for us. On our next trip to Sacramento we will try and stay. here again. Thanks Joseph and Ginger.

This was the first VRBO I've rented over the years that actually exceeded my expectations. The house was spotlessly clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked generously with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Ginger's home. The only tiny negative was the location on a busy street. It was a bit difficult to turn into the driveway during certain times of the day due to traffic. Still would not hesitate to recommend this house to friends and family who need to stay in Citrus Heights. And we will stay again next time we have a business trip in the area!

Lots of VRBOs have plates and silverware, but this u it actually has what you need to cook, do laundry, really almost anything you would have in your own home. We really enjoyed our stay!

This was our second stay in this beautiful home and we enjoyed it just as much as the first. Everything is first-rate: clean, comfortable, and modern. You absolutely can’t go wrong with this rental. We have already booked another stay later this year and we are looking forward to returning.

Felt Like Home
My plans ended up changing but still very much enjoyed the stay. The home is absolutely gorgeous, clean, and cozy. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable. And the KITCHEN! Being someone that loves to cook I absolutely fell in love with the entertainment style kitchen and all of the lovely appliances. I would absolutely rent this place again!

Absolutely wonderful vacation property with not a single detail overlooked. Although it is clear from the photos the property has been tastefully built and finished, you won’t believe how beautifully decorated and appointed it is. From decor to amenities to lighting it is clear that lots of love and attention has gone into creating an wonderful luxurious experience for the guest(s). I can’t recommend this property highly enough. I’ll be fortunate if my travels offer an opportunity to stay here again.

Pristine home
My entire family was coming to and in town for a celebration of life after losing my Brother! We needed a place for my Daughter and DIL and twin 10 month old girls! This home was so perfect! It was pristine clean and beautifully decorated! This home has everything you could need and very spacious! It is centrally located and good access to the freeway any businesses you may need! We will definitely stay in this home again when we come to town!

Beautiful, comfortable, modern home
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful home, so much so that we have already booked it for another stay later this year. The house is less than two years old so everything is modern and fresh, with excellent lighting throughout the house. The kitchen is large, with lots of counter space for food preparation. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are spacious and clean. This house is perfect for someone with mobility issues as there are no steps at all and there is a walk-in shower with a bench at one end. The house is on a busy street but it is well insulated so that road noise is not bothersome.
Ginger and Joe are excellent hosts and they have equipped the house with everything you will need. They live next door so they are available when needed but they were also unobtrusive and respected our privacy. We are looking forward to our return visit.

Beautiful home! We stayed for 4 nights with two toddlers and we we really enjoyed our stay. The place is very clean and wonderful for hosting dinner and cooking. Gorgeous kitchen. We loved all the extra amenities that were provided and the christmas decorations made the place very festive and cozy. My little ones especially enjoyed the box of toys in the closet. Great communication with Ginger. We would definitely return.
