This villa is located in a great location. Close to restaurants and shopping. Checking in was easy but we never got the code to open the door and when we finally got in touch with the property manager, she seemed aggravated and stated she text it to me prior - I felt a bit crazy since she argued with me, so I had my family check our text & emails and it was never sent to me, so we did have a hard time getting in that evening. Other than that - the stay was awesome; property manager was helpful otherwise and it was a gorgeous view.

We had 3 generations staying at this Villa. The accommodations were wonderful as well as the help. Kim met us at the ferry and helped with our luggage. All questions were handled in a prompt manner. Coffee on the terrace was gorgeous and it also was a perfect view to watch the kids swim in the pool. I would certainly suggest a jeep because that hill was intense. Great daily cardio for those that can do it! Lots to do right in Cruz Bay. The island was super friendly. Looking forward to staying again in the future. Thanks again for the memories!!!❤️🌴☀️

Very nice property, well maintained, walkable to downtown Cruz Bay restaurants. Property manager was very helpful. There was no hot water at the property on the first day… Kelly was able to get a plumber out to replace hot water heater, days before Christmas, to rectify the issue. My low rating for location is driven by the fact that this property sits on top of an extremely steep hill (4 wheel drive vehicle at a stop slides on the hill). I have never seen anything like this in my life. All roads in St John are hilly… but this one takes first prize. Parking is an absolute hazard. I gave up trying to park in the space provided and opted to parallel park next to an abandoned vehicle adjacent to the property for the week.

My group of friends stayed here for a delayed college graduation trip! We were greeted by Hannah who gave us some great restaurant/beach recommendations. The owners provided everything we could possibly need—plenty of towels, beach chairs, coolers, speakers, toiletries, blow dryers, hangers, etc. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of space to hang out for our group of 10. The view from the porch is stunning and it’s a short walk to town. The hill is steep but doable! We loved Sellie, our driver, who was also recommended by owners. There were a few minor issues with electricity/plumbing and Kelly was helpful with. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend to anyone!

Nice holiday with my husband , mom , two friends and their four children . The condominium was a perfectly organized and appointed 4 BR / 3 Bath unit . The ages of the travelers ranged between 4 and 77 and we walked the three blocks to town at least once a day and sometimes twice a day . There were extra towels , blankets , pillows , kitchen accessories and even a 9 volt battery for a beeping smoke detector . The double washers and dryers were an extra thoughtful touch . Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this beautiful property .

Beautiful home. Close to Cruz bay! Rent a keep or get a driver that hill is not a joke! We walked down in the mornings for exercise. Couldn’t use the pool not cleaned well but we went to beach everyday. Host and manger nice and attentive. We had a few minor issues that needed to be addressed and the house manager was on it right away.

Although this property was listed at a higher price than our other options, we choose it because of the promise that each of our party would have a comfortable stay. Upon arrival, there was a bottle of rum and a gorgeous sunset view waiting for us. The living room and kitchen were wonderful to use throughout the week. We cooked almost every morning and evening so we enjoyed the large dining area and patio space. The pool cleaner came the first day so our party ended each day with a dip in the pool and a frozen drink. The view is stunning because you are on the top of a STEEP hill so be prepared for it. We rented two 4 door jeeps for our party of 8 and Kelly, our host, was wonderful about helping us understand parking and local contacts. Kelly gave us a summary of the beaches and places to eat and her recommendations were spot on. We found her quite delightful as a resource. The closet was stocked with swim equipment and lots of towels which were wonderful. The owner also had a lovely notebook for us offering recommendations for beaches to explore. Our only complaint about the whole trip was that when we arrived we learned that one of the bedrooms did not have central air. That was an unfortunate surprise that would not be fixed during our stay. It made one of our couples quite unhappy. Had we known that in advance we would not have rented the place since the days and nights needed air to stay comfortable. They used the ceiling fan and we found another fan for them, but it did not solve the problem. The window could not be left open because it did not have a screen. We were told that a part was needed and there was nothing that would be done in the meantime. Since you pay for the place in advance, it was a buyer beware type situation for us. We will ask if everything is in working order next time.

Really a great place to stay when coming to St. John. Condo has everything you need and don't have to go buy. Stocked kitchen. Supplies for the beach. Double washer and dryer for large groups. Very pleased with condo and host!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay on St. John. We all needed some space to get away and relax but still feel comfortable away from home! The villa had everything we needed and then some. We enjoyed the pool, the views from the balcony, and the rum! The food on St. John is phenomenal (would highly recommend the poke at Longboard!). The hill up to the Villa is real, but also kind of fun, and not at all a big deal. (And if you’re a runner, it makes for a great workout!) Thanks for an amazing stay!

Condo was perfect ! You will need either a jeep or an excellent cab driver ( THANK YOU SELLIE!) because the hill is VERY steep . The condo has everything you would need . Highly recommend!

This Villa is decorated beautifully on the inside and out! It is extremely clean and well maintained, has all high end appliances and it is well stocked with soap, towels etc. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset, the quiet pool and really appreciated having the beach chairs and cooler to use when we explored all the beaches. All Of these amenities make up for the hill that can be a little intimidating. But the windy, steep hills are the reason why St. John’s has breathtaking views everywhere you go! We would stay here again. Thanks for the great memories!

This property was just as beautiful in person as it looks in the photos. Shelli was so helpful with providing information before the trip and the concierge Kelly and Kim were wonderful. They helped my sister with decorations to surprise me for my birthday. Kelly and Kim were always available by phone with any questions we had during our stay. Kelly was able to provision the villa with the items we requested such as snacks, fruits and beverages prior to our arrival. The supermarket is also only a 5 minute drive away. The only issue that you may have during your stay would be the hill. The reviews previously touched on how steep the hill leading to and from the Villa is, but depending on your age and fitness level you will absolutely need transportation to and from the Villa. We were not comfortable driving the jeep because of the many hills and steep roads so we did rely on a taxi service. This included taking out the garbage, which is an expectation of the stay. The garbage is located a distance from the villa and you will have to drive to get there. My family and I absolutely loved this place. It was our first time visiting the island, and we loved this villa so much. I also don't want to forget to mention the Villa was able to accommodate the 9 of us without any issues. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were stocked with toilet paper, air freshener, and soap. We would definitely recommend!
