Love Captains Walk and this condo was great! Enjoyed being able to see from the balcony after a day on the beach. Condo had everything needed, was clean, and beds very comfortable. Lori was beyond amazing with communication. We had two issues that were outside her realm and her communication and troubleshooting was beyond top notch! First issue was another condo used dishwashing soap in their washer and it impacted multiple units- Lori did amazing helping to coordinate with the plumber and luckily it was minimal impact to us. Second was the beach Renourishment occurred blocking our beach access along with other resorts and the company didn’t tell anyone including the city of Hilton Head. Lori went out of her way to give us a potential solution which we used and luckily we got temporary access (just had to walk) for two days then by last day it was fully open. Learned a lot about renourishment, next one is in 2036 so everyone should be safe! We plan to stay here again!!!

Great location and proximity to the beach. Very clean and excellent view!

This is a lovely villa, well stocked, and comfortable with a great view of the pool and beach. We love staying in Palmetto Dune and this villa is in the perfect spot to walk to all the amenities. We look forward to coming back!

We enjoyed our week at this condo and would definitely book it again. The view of the beach and pool is amazing and we could hear the waves from the ocean. The condo was spacious and clean, plenty of towels including beach towels. Also wanted to note that the pool maintenance man is fantastic! He was so friendly and helpful during our trip, he always had a smile and a good joke. The location to Shelter Cove and various island activities can't be beat! We contacted our host once during our trip and she was extremely responsive, I don't think I even waited a minute before hearing back from her. I would highly recommend this condo for your next beach vacation!
