Absolutely beautiful rooms and very spacious.. staff were very helpful and polite .. I’ll defo be back next year 😍

We enjoyed everything about this resort. We had an incredible stay. The location is great, the facilities are wonderful. The food options are some of the best in town and the staff are so friendly.

Great help on everything including tour. And resort provide very nice rooms and environment is perfect.

Nothing can be complained except price. LOL

relaxing because there were too many plants, clean, staff were accomodating and there are diff cafe or restaurants inside. it didnt feel like its in the heart of the city

too expensive

the location and pool are incredible, the nicest hotel in dumaguete by a long way. the bed and room were huge and very comfortable. the hotel is in a beautiful setting!!!

the missing little things that would make it incredible, no porter to unload bags from the car. lack of room service in the mornings. Damage deposits, if I’m paying as much as we did there should be an element of trust. (this isn’t isolated to the Henry though) the lady checking us in seemed a little rushed.
