GIARDINO ROMANTICO

The staff were amazing. You could tell they took such great pride in the hotel. There were so many times they helped, and with a genuine smile. To us Guia was amazing. She was always there, she had a mindset that solved problems before we knew we had them.

We loved everything. Giardino Pacifico is gorgeous with beautiful gardens and an awesome pool. The restaurant, the Italian chef in the kitchen has a tremendous eye for detail and an innate understanding of cooking. The restaurant is a destination in and of itself. Some people might complain it's "far" from the city but really it isn't. It's about 15 traffic free minutes from downtown and the literal serenity at the hotel makes it more than worth it.

Everything. But my most favorite part is their shower.

I didn’t like that we only spent one night in this place. I wish we had more time to stay a little longer.

I like the Ambiance, the pool and the room with a massage chair.

The Staff who accused me of stealing their posa cooler. That was a Rude voicemail I’ve received from her. I never had any experience like that before.

Only 2 choices available on the menu on first night ? Go to The Hideout - not too far away it was excellent!, The smell in the wardrobe from the a/c leaking into it , the shower leaks water to the bathroom so you step in water when you go to toilet , black marks in shower ceiling ( possible mold coming through ). The property has been let go maintenance wise , I think they are putting all the money into the property next door , if you want to swim you have to go to the other property . I could go on about some more faults with maintenance but couldn’t be bothered - if the owner just looks around he will see . I think these premises ,in its day would have been quite nice . Stay away from monkeys in the cage , they grab at you as you go by .
