Very nice site. Accommodation was spacious. Good selection of DVDs provided. Kitchen well equipped.

Accommodation is past it's best. Several easily fixed faults. En suite shower very slow to drain. Almost caused a flood. Shower rail in bath was broken hence unable to use. Plug in bathroom sink not working. Pushed it down to close but couldn't get it back up. Poor digital TV signal. At times unwatchable. Remote wouldn't operate the DVD. Had to get down on knees to operate. Outside decking area a bit depressing. Broken rope on swinging bench. All in all, a once nice caravan has been allowed to deteriate which is a shame.

I loved the privacy of the property as-well as the location being the edge of the site along with right next to the main walk. It was spacious with all the basic necessity’s and the WiFi worked the full time we were there along with the hot tub. The kitchen was ideal for what was required also.

There was really only 2 things that stood out on our stay. Firstly the twin beds mattresses were reportedly quite uncomfortable so much so a blanket was used as a mattress topper. The other was the BBQ because although ideal it was very dirty and couldn’t be used unless we used a disposable BBQ.

Great Outdoor BBQ area with hot tub

Internet was a nightmare we couldn’t even watch tv. The property could do with a good spring clean both inside and out but overall good value for money.

Location / outdoor decked area

Hot tub cleanliness on all 3 days not up to scratch. Needed cleaning and chlorine 1 day. Responsive owners when asked. But for the price paid we shou ldn't have had to contact them. And again for the price we paid, the overall cleanliness and fixtures and fittings of the caravan should have been better. The caravan is old and it shows. Superb caravan in its day you can see. Needs a bit of money spent on it inside. And a mega wash outside. And the cleaners need to see what we as guests see - and it stuns me they can't. We paid £180 per night and stayed 3 nights. A fair price would be £120 per night.
