Stuff is helpful, breakfast is great ,room upgrade without asking, longer checkout with no extra cost on Saturday

Location and outstanding breakfasts
Needs some TLC. Broken tiles on ground floor entrance badly patched and ground floor art-work needs repair. So looks downmarket and depressing before you check in. Lift lobbies on each floor and passage carpets need a deep clean. Bathroom had black mould around the fittings so I bought bleach and cleaned it myself. Room needs a proper clean not just a quick wipe and sweep.
8 / 10Eccellente·lug 2026
Easy access to public transportation, great breakfast and lots if food options in proximity
The a/c was freezing and hard to control
5 / 10·set 2026
Comfortable bed
Good air condition however position on wall blowing directly to you when in bed.
Pool area on top floor nice
Parking available underground
Breakfast was reasonable
Staff not friendly
Shower leaked all over floor
Curtains didn’t slide across easily - very difficult to open curtains to open window for air.
