The location is excellent, right on Rothschild Boulevard. The breakfast is fantastic, and the service is very good, with a friendly and welcoming team. We also really appreciated the complimentary water and chocolates waiting for us upon arrival. It was a small but very thoughtful and welcoming touch.

The rooms appear clean at first glance, but on closer inspection, the air-conditioning vents had visible mold, and there was a noticeable musty smell in the room. We had to call a staff member to come and clean the AC vents. The bathroom layout is also quite strange. The toilet is positioned so close to the sink that when sitting down, you practically have to angle both legs to the left because the sink is immediately to your right. It is an awkward and poorly thought-out design. The room was also very warm. The air conditioning simply did not cool the room sufficiently. This may partly be because an entire wall is made up of windows and the room gets a lot of direct sunlight, even with the heavy curtains closed, but the AC just couldn’t keep up. Ironically, the hallway outside was wonderfully cool — at one point I genuinely considered leaving our door open just to let some of that cold air into the room! The lobby layout is also unusual and not particularly practical. There is no clear, direct path to the elevators, so you have to weave your way between tables and other guests sitting and eating in the lobby just to reach them.
