We called the hotel last minute, literally an hour vefore checking in, following a bad experience and a decision to leave another hotel. The f4ont desk person was welcoming, understanding and helpful.
The hotel itself is fantastic, well located and quiet.
Market House Hotel in Jaffa is now our favorite and we look foward to coming back!

THE breakfasts were excellent . But the room I booked was absolutely minute and so I had to change to a larger room on a lower floor with no view of the sea this room is cheaper than the one I paid for and so you need to refund me and amount of465.30 Nis which is the difference between the 2 rooms How do I send you the copy of the invoice statement from the hotel.?
the so called luxury room is the size of a closet. I was very upset but the staff were very kind and managed to organize me a larger room which was cheaper because it looked onto the street instead of to the sea.
