Daniele and Avi were amazing. So friendly. Loved my room(s).
(Left for a few nights and came back for a night.)
I loved getting a hand-written welcome note in my room.
Walking into the mayhem of a bustling coffee shop with a tiny hotel reception desk.
Fourth floor had a lovely self-serve wine/coffee lounge, but no fans or A/C.

Exceeded expectations, from the nice, friendly and attentive owner to the quiet-enough, hustle-bustle street in a safe, clean facility. Parking (a down-the-street garage) was super convenient.
nothing I can think of. Unless you don't like Tel Aviv; I sure do.

The terrace , the owner , the atmosphere and the little coffee shop that was super vibrant 😍
For taxis little difficult to find a place to park if you want to be picked up.

The location and design was nice
You can hear everything even through it was the New Year’s Eve the washing machine was on the whole night and you can hear everything. The breakfast was not nice I must say and it was the one thing I was really looking forward to. The avocado toast had bits of old avocado mixed with fresh avocado. The poached egg was definitely done before and was warmed up however, you could still taste the fizz. I ate it cause I was starving but would not order it there ever again.
