Lovely staff, fantastic service.

The Poli House was great for our family, it is very close to a movement area of the city, with the Carmel market and all kinds of restaurants and supermarkets. It is walking distance to the beach, 10min, walking to Aviv beach. All kinds of transports close by, with good bus network. Noa was very kind attending us. Thank you all

Can get noisy from street action

Great rooftop, great staff, loved the bar also. Noa, Tamir, Michaela, and Gil were wonderful to us and made our stay fantastic in Tel Aviv!

Not great noise cancellation - busy street and hotel hallways.

The pool is great, the room is nice. We had breakfast at Amalia cafe, really nice.

I got a higher price when my check in email was sent to me, and when I called in the reception manager was very unpleasant and argued with me that the price in booking had no VAT, when it literally says it does. She wasn't nice about it either. After all the earlier correspondence with the hotel was really fast, when I sent a screenshot of the Real price, as mentioned in booking with vat, I wasn't answered for a long while. And that was really close to my arrival date, so I was a bit anxious. After I sent a few messages I was told that I'm right and the price will be as mentioned in booking.abd that the reception is updated. Great But, when we arrived, again I got told the higher price, and had to "prove" the whole thing again. Shame.
