Location gréât and staff is amazingly kind and great 👍
Cleaning can be improuved and the windows aren’t noise canceling enough

Open bar, clean big rooms, got a free room upgrade, great room service, staff is all very friendly and go above and beyond. Neighborhood is amazing

Comfortable beds and sheets . Nice decor, except for the ugly sofa bed. Allowed a late check out which was very convenient.
Some of the reception staff were very unwelcoming. Room was not cleaned one day and the receptionist asserted that it was my fault (it wasn’t). Booking description says there are free bikes but receptionist said there were none (Booking.com still says “Boasting free bikes”) Breakfast vouchers were twice refused by the restaurant (in a very unpleasant manner) because another receptionist had used the wrong stamp. Shower overflowed every time and flooded the bathroom. No towel hooks in the bathroom. Not enough storage in the bathroom for toiletries.
