The hotel is in an amazing location. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help in any way they could. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very well taken care of.
The main downside for us was the condition of some of the room facilities. The shower felt quite dated, with visible rust, and the towels were very old and rough on the skin. After we raised our concerns, the staff genuinely did everything they could to move us to a room with a better bathroom, which we really appreciated.

A neighborhood hotel , boamian design,cozy,feels and smells great.Nicest service and.. a coffee corner full of goodies. The location is awesome for TLV lovers.
Noisy guests, lack of in-house breakfast ( known still missed ).

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was great!
The room was very small and shabby, there was no kettle in the room. It was noisy, the acoustics is very bad. The view from the window (if you could call it view) was terrible. The price is tooooo expensive for this level of hotel.
