The location and the staff were super good
Probably the exterior garden , I think needs to have more plants and make it a bit nicer

Both the design and decor of the room and the hotel were very good - sophisticated and modern, in keeping with its ambitious city-sleeker image. But best of all was the extraordinary staff…. Totally amazing, warm, welcoming and service-driven.

The hotel is lovely, quiet and feels like a getaway from the city, which is right there.
The location is next to Rothschild Avenue, which is close to many dining options and a walk from main shopping areas.
The price seems a bit excessive, and the place seems more designated for foreign tourists.
Breakfast is nice, yet not as exceptional as I had expected from such a place.
Pool water were freezing and very small, even at 30 degrees Celsius outside, it was impossible to stay more than two minutes in it.

We loved every minute of our stay
Everthing. The Alena was wonderful. Great food and excellent company. All was top notch. Elegant dining at its best
