Convenient location - a 5 minute walk to the railway station. Lots of parking space. Staff were very pleasant. Good range at breakfast.
Shame there was no restaurant at the hotel but there were fish and chip shops nearby and a Chinese takeaway

Lovely big room(room 3) Gorgeous cooked breakfast. The young woman who did breakfast service was very helpful and friendly. She never stopped.
Shower cubicle a bit small, very squeaky, noisy wardrobe doors. A small fridge would good in the room.

Great hotel especially value wise. Room large with good tea coffee facilities. Bathroom and funiture a little dated but in good clean condition and very practical. Extremely quiet and a 10 minute walk into the centre of town. Staff are lovely and helpful.
Breakfast was brilliant and very generous.
The bed in room 3, I found extremely hard and the pillows, hard and flat. That could just be that room.
Real shame. Add another few pounds to the costs and get some new pillows.

Just a 15 min walk into town.
On a major road into town but no traffic noise heard
Decor a little dated.
