Small room without balcony. I requested to change it whenever possible especially I was staying for 8 days, 2 different staff at reception refused as its not possible & this what I paid for !!! But it turned out that this was the only room without balcony. I really did not like their answer. 8 days stay is long period enough to promote me to a different room with balcony!

Perfect sized room and well appointed. Tons of natural light coming in. Very comfortable bed! Staff very super friendly and very helpful especially the front office. location is 5 min walk from the train station. very easy to move about from here. The terrace was perfect for the evening unwind.

Furniture is a bit aged and room size is not exactly big. Nonetheless not a big complain here and overall stay is average and within expectation.

Ideal location just up from the stadium, welcoming staff and atmosphere and one of the comfiest beds I have ever slept in!

Close to train station location. Very attentive and kind team. Hotel itself is so lovely, with nice deco on every floor.

Great location, only 5 mins walk from the train station and 15 mins walk to the Olympics museum. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Hotel decor and facilities are quite old fashioned but our room was great, plenty of space, comfy bed and view down to Lake Geneva.

Overall, in spite of the small room, it was a nice hotel with a comfortable, well appointed lobby and a decent breakfast.
As I mentioned already, the receptionist was snooty, but my biggest complaint besides that is that it seemed a bit pricey for being on a busy road that was noisy. The air conditioning that they bragged about having was very inadequate.

the location, staff, everything
There was a problem with the reservations or something. The room was not ready and I had to wait for check-in for more than an hour. The staff was quite responsive and compensated me with a nicer room in the end.

very clean, staff very friendly, happy and helpful.
I took room with balcony facing lake Geneva, was lovely to sit out and incredible view.
breakfast wasn’t so good, bacon very dry and lukewarm, scrambled eggs a bit rubbery.
rest of it was good, and the staff again were excellent.
