Location & the man of the conter
Private parking too small. I had to park outside

Wonderful underrated hotel. From outside it doesn't look special but inside it is really nice.
- very clean
- renovated
- spacious room
- great pool
- friendly staff
- close to the beach
And all of that for a very decent price.

Location and swimming pool. Nice staff.
Noisy (inside and road noice), old, not clean, old fashioned, hasn't been refurbished for more than 40 years. Breakfast and lunch are poor quality bufet.

The reviews gave us low expectations but the we were pleasantly surprised. The location of the hotel was excellent with lots in walking distance especially with a 2 year old.
The rooms were spacious and despite being old were actually very comfortable.
It's true it needs an upgrade. Far from luxury but we knew that and it was reflected in the price.
Reception wasn't the warmest.

The rest. Lack of cleanliness, despite the overt anti-COVID-19 protocols in the hotel’s public areas.
No way can this be a three-star hotel.

The room had its own a/c which was great since we stayed there in late August.
The beds were very hard. Neither one of us was able to get comfortable.
