Alles "ready" wenn man nicht zu exklusive Wünsche hat ....und wenn mann Kurs auf guenstige Leistung ist....sehr Zentral alles zu Fuss erreichbar

Abstellraum für Rad hat gefehlt, Keller wurde aber bereitgestellt,für Radanhänger war das Abstellen auch sehr schwierig, es wurde auch hier eine Möglichkeit gefunden.Zimmer waren Sauber, Personal sehr hilfsbereit,gute Lage, Zimmer ruhig, Nachbarzimmeraktivität hörbar.

The staff ( especially the breakfast/ cleaning team were amazingly friendly, pleasant and helpful).
The property was very convenient to public transport, beaches and all local shops.
A lack of outdoor space to sit. The mattresses could be updated.

The room key was very big and heavy to carry around.

Very friendly and accomodating staff. Pleasant, reasonable-sized room. Comfortable bed. Excellent location and very reasonably priced for the area which is otherwise very expensive.

The room was clean and the location very close to interest areas. The staff was friendly and concerned about our well-being. We got directions to a nearby parking.
The lobby and the communal areas need improvement and some renovation. Breakfast could have been more varied, as there was not much to choose from. The most annoying was the AC which was very noisy, even when closed.

Nice and well deserved hotel. Nice staff and they made their best to have us in 2 rooms next to each other.
Walls are very thin. We can hear everything even with volume low. The bathrooms were small and all the water goes out.

Breakfast was good. Location brilliant. Staff so friendly and helpful.
Rooms and decor ‘very tired’ would have been nice to have a kettle with teabags/ coffee/milk.
Nearby car park was expensive. 7-12 hours was 19 euros.

It was such a peaceful place and was not bothered at all during my stay. The staff was very nice and welcoming
There wasn’t warm blankets and the air conditioner was turned on all night which got us feeling a bit cold during the night

Next to the port. Its just for few hours stay not more.
Dirty sheets, the toilet cistern was noisy all night. Smelly room. Noisy.

Its our second time at this lovely little hotel in St. Raphael. The reason we came back: we like that the hotel is just a few steps away from the old town with its market, restaurants and small cafes. At this location you feel that you have more than just a tourist experience.
The personnel is very helpful, discrete and friendly.
The room we stayed in was quite spacious and clean.
We did not have breakfast at the hotel but this option also exists.
It would be good to have a parking option right at the hotel... we used the parking Victor Hugo which is located nearby.
