The house is well-built, just the owner does not care about your comfort. I am saying this because there are many discounts and used stores where you can purchase home decor without breaking the bank. If you care. This house is not for you: if you are looking for a home away from home; if you like to cook and eat as a family as there are only four chairs on the counter; if you care for comfort, coziness, and class as is a house and not a home; if value sitting in the evening for conversation; if you like to sleep in a comfortable bed; if you own a home and are established; and if you care for accountability. The backyard is not accessible as it is full of weeds. We looked forward to sitting outside in the backyard and having a barbecue, but we could not.

There were several issues that occurred during our stay and we want future tenants to be aware. 1) Throughout our stay we had issues with the air conditioner unit/HVAC system not working. At one point it was over 80 degrees! This made it very challenging for everyone to be comfortable, especially my 3 year old and 1 year old when it came to sleep. We even went out and bought box fans in an attempt to make it cooler, which didn't help. According to the HVAC person that came to look at the unit, it is installed incorrectly and this issue is going to persist when it's hot/humid out. 2) We were not able to use the patio due to the 3-foot tall prickly weeds that welcomed us as soon as we opened the door to step out. 3) Several things in the house were broken or not very clean: dishwasher was not in working condition, toilet seat in the 2nd floor bathroom was detached/unable for use, many dishes were chipped, we found hair on the bedding, and there were several holes on the interior and exterior walls. We did contact the owner and they sent people out to look at things that needed to be fixed. After two nights of very uncomfortable sleep, someone came out to temporarily fix the HVAC system. This fix did require us to monitor the unit and dump excess water to ensure it didn't shut off, which didn't bode well for a restful night of sleep. The owner also sent someone out to fix the toilet seat and clean up the patio but neither of those tasks were completed during our stay.

The house is very nice and clean! Very spacious! When I come back, I’m definitely gonna book here!

When we initially read the reviews we were skeptical. But once we arrived it changed everything. The house did have some holes in the exterior and interior but after further examination they looked to be harmless. It looks more like the home owner removed some items from the exterior (ring camera, etc). The neighbors around the property were nice and helpful as well. The property was clean and neat on arrival and we really enjoyed our stay. Only thing I would add is if you plan on using the tv upstairs you need to bring a a streaming device. But we were on the go so much it didn’t matter.

The place was very clean, plenty of room for our family of 9. The neighborhood was nice with plenty of places to take a walk, overlooking a golf course, we were very happy and had a great time. We will definitely look at using this place next time we come visit.

Overall my friends and I enjoyed ourselves. The property was spacious enough where each couple had their own individual space. The location was awesome and the surrounding area was just as nice. You are close to everything you could ever need. A few suggestions that I feel could have made the stay more comfortable: 1. The cleaning of the home needs to be stepped up. There were strands of hair in the shower, and on the pillows. 2. There is a hole in the front of the house that looks like it was caused from a bullet that needs to be taken care of. 3. It would be convenient to have a television in the bedrooms.

Location is amazing, house was clean, neighborhood was beautiful, across from golf course and amazing restaurant. There was a horrible smell when we arrived, we aired it out and it was bearable. There are bullet holes in the doorway which made bringing teenage dancers to stay very uncomfortable when mixed with the terrible smell of weed. I wanted to take the girls somewhere else to stay but there was no way to get a refund, so we dealt with it. Word of warning though...the ice and water in the fridge was unusable, so be prepared to bring your own bottled water and ice. It was fine in a glass but when put in the girls’ hydroflasks it made them sick. It really is a lovely house if the smell, bullet holes and fridge got a good makeover.

Location was absolutely perfect for us, 30 seconds from the golf course! House is well set up, and in a great location for many other things as well. We all wished the beds were a bit more comfortable, but overall it was great, will definitely look to use it when in the area again for golf!

I have used VRBO many many times. This is the first time Ive had to check in and check out with in 15 min of our stay. The location is ideal 19 min away from the airport. Beautiful community. But As soon as we walked in we were greeted with an unpleasant smell. Did not look like the home was cleaned. The floors still had crumbs from the previous guest. The toilet up stairs were broken. And there was holes in the walls..similar to gun shot holes. Ps. There is no kitchen table. So it's not a home for a family to use.

The home is very nice with lots of space good size kitchen and a great island for game playing close to the airports and down the street from all of Colorado's attractions . Beds are comfortable and the hot water was never ending. Host was quick to respond to any issues the house had.
