Mercure Versailles Paris Ouest

Very clean, location great, tea and coffee in room and staff very friendly.

Food in bar a little expensive

A dated hotel, but still delivering a decent stay. The staff are very friendly and eager to assist. The room was functional and well priced, and the location worked well for our purposes.

There was no air conditioning, but we left our windows open once the sun went down and found a fan in the room which worked faorly well.

Comfortable. clean and spacious room, well decorated and good shower room with space for washbags. The staff were excellent with the receptionist exceedingly friendly and helpful. We didn't use the bar or restaurant in the hotel but they looked very appealing. The hotel is close to a very large, smart shopping centre and there are several restaurants and cafes in close vicinity. We took a taxi the the Palace of Versailles and walked back in about 40 minutes, a pleasant stroll. The hotel has its own parking, there was plenty of space and it felt secure with a barrier and cctv.

Location is great; the hotel is good for the price; you get what you pay for. Good for a few nights, but not for a super long vacation. Breakfast was good.
