The hotel is in a great location with friendly staff and good facilities. I had a comfortable bed and a good night sleep. The room was spotlessly clean.
Poor lighting, drab decor and paper cups. There was also no black tea provided which is essential for an Englishman

Reception service
Increasing the room rate for a long stayed customer. Rather than reducing it. It was very strange when I extended my stay. They took my room rate from €95 to €148

It's located in Central so it's very convenient for shopping.
Breakfast was until 11am so I was able to relax in the morning.
•Breakfast is simple and has few varieties. Hot food is grilled tomato, bacon and eggs.
I stayed for 3 nights and the menu was the same every day.
•No shampoo, shower cap, toothbrush, etc. in the room.

"Great Location to the zoo we were here to visit.
Very comfotable, nice having tea & coffee in the room & a big bath.
Great food in the restaurant for dinner & large breakfast selection.
