My stay was very comfortable and peaceful, and I genuinely enjoyed my time here. The overall experience was good, and I appreciated the comfortable and relaxing environment.
However, I had a disappointing experience regarding my car. The hotel took my car for valet parking, and after my two-night stay, I noticed that the side of my car had been damaged. Now, whenever I open the door, it makes a strange sound that it did not make before.
What makes the situation even more frustrating is that the hotel is claiming that the damage was not caused while the car was in their care. I understand that accidents can happen, but I expected better accountability and assistance in resolving the issue.

The AC stopped working and someone had to be called at 11pm in the night to fix it
The order placed for the breakfast to go (that was placed a night before) was missed by the staff completely and ended up delaying our checkout by 1 hr.
