Very cool 1 Bed/ 1 Bath / (Sleeps 4) Dog friendly with parking on Historic Pelham St.

This was THE nicest rental I’ve stayed in! Everything went smoothly. Very clean. Excellent communication. Convenient location. Rent this place!

Absolutely loved it here! The hosts were communicative and welcoming. We had all the information we needed upon arrival and it was simple and smooth. The codes for the doors make it super easy. In the space, everything looked brand new and was very clean. We loved having the common area, which has a full kitchen, dining area, lounge area and bathroom, so my fiancee could go enjoy his coffee and bop around while I slept in. The room was really comfortable and there was plenty of space. This would be the perfect spot to travel as a group, since it has multiple units and the common area. It's right in the heart of everything. We only needed to drive to go to the cliff walk and mansions. We didn't hear any street noise except when the window was open, despite there being a lot of bars around. We got engaged during this trip, so we'll definitely be back! I highly recommend.

Great location, very walkable, and loved the set up of the house & room! Host was responsive to questions and was very nice/helpful. Had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

It’s very nice place , hope they change the name listing I was under impression that we are renting the whole house , as it was advertised. Wish I knew that sooner that it’s only room in the house and walk through kitchen for everyone . Otherwise nice place , great location, very clean and neat.
