Staff was great! The two guys that worked the front desk were cheerful and very helpful. Responded positively and quickly to every request and offered advice. Comfortable bed. Good air conditioning. Pool area is great. Lots of restaurants around. Short walk to the beach. (Quite pebbley, shoes recommended) We didn't experience the commonly mentioned noise issue.

Persistent damp/sewage smell! X-Large rooms are in the basement and smelled really bad. Especially the first days. Upper floors did not have this problem. (We had two rooms) To their credit, the staff immediately offered a different room, that was free the next day, but it was a bit too small and everyone was already settled in. They came back later with a special spray to help with the smell. Looked like a professional product rather than just an air freshener. A nice gesture but a band-aid solution. Internet cut out occasionally. Fold out couch isn't great.

Perfect location , however the bar next door very noisy. The rooms are beautiful and clean. John on the reception very helpful and polite. Lovely smile and always very welcoming.

Lack of cooking equipment.

I liked the location and the convenience — everything was available in the apartment/room.

I was bothered by the nearby bar; it was quite noisy in the evenings.

Location, stuff, close to sea, late hour open cafe, restaurants, pubs. Stuff all the time at reception. They have laundry.

I booked this hotel because I enjoyed my first stay here 2 years ago. However, the quality has dropped significantly since then. Bathroom: The shower drain smelled strongly of sewage whenever the water was turned on, and the water pooled without draining properly for days. The shower urgently needs renovation. There were also several flies in the bathroom. Towels: Although the towels looked clean at first glance, they had stains from previous guests, and the edges were frayed. Even the embroidered hotel logo was torn. The towels need to be professionally laundered and replaced. Room: The room appeared clean at first, but over time, dust accumulated under the bed, on shelves, and in the corners began to show. Service: We were informed that housekeeping comes every two days. The staff replaced our towels, restocked toilet paper, and wiped the floor, but we had to ask in person for our bedsheets to be changed. Even though we kept the bed clear so they could easily change the linens, they only did so after we directly requested it. Laundry’ - washing machine needs to be cleaned.
