Türkay Hotel

The hotel is a relatively short walk from the beach (600 meters). The interior finishing is good. The elevator has fancy golden ornament mirrors. They do clean the room when you request that. They supply shower gel, shampoo and towels. If you really insist, they give you a free bottle of water, if you don't - they "forget".

The hotel is located at an extremely busy intersection. Not possible to sleep without earplugs. Revving motorcycle noises until 4am. Breakfast choices are limited, some fruits are not fresh, no juices, only water. No pool. Most importantly, my full registration details leaked (only booking.com and the hotel itself had access to them) and I was getting 4 phishing whatsapp messages threatening to cancel my booking if I don't click the link and confirm my registration.

Check-in was quick. The hotel is ideal for an active holiday when you only return to the room to sleep. The rooms are small but fresh. It is clear that the rooms and the hotel in general are well-maintained. There is a safe and bathrobes in the closet, and the Wi-Fi is stable — YouTube videos loaded on the TV without any problems. Breakfast is served on the roof with an excellent view of the city. The food is tasty, and the selection changes slightly every day: there are fresh greens, sausages, vegetables, watermelon/melon, Turkish cheeses, eggs, pastries, and quite decent coffee from a coffee maker. The sea is a 15-minute leisurely walk away. The location is very convenient: the street is lively, Migros is a 10-minute walk away, and there are various cafes nearby. The staff is polite and always ready to help. Thanks to the hotel for the excellent work.

The balcony is tiny; you can only hang a swimsuit or a towel on the railing. Otherwise, it is a great value for money. We would return here for a short stay next time.

Air condition was interrupted EVERY TIME and it hasn’t ANY chance to move the direction (it blowing right at you face while you are sleeping) Cost value is not consistent to whole service (overpriced) Fullness of breakfast was disappointing Coffee was so so (like not from the coffee machine) Wi-fi was so bad, slow and not rated as 9 from 10, as you can see in review pages
