Clean, efficient, courteous staff, AMAZING shower, comfortable room size, adequate amenities (coffee, water, etc). Very well located 5 min from train station

The hotel is close to the station, and nearby buses and trams took us everywhere we wanted to go. Our room was very comfortable, with a good range of amenities. All the staff we met were very friendly. The breakfast spread was great, and there was plenty of space in the dining room. The 11th floor hot spring was well appointed and very relaxing.
There was a strong musty smell in the bathroom which tended to seep into the sleeping area.

The hotel is conveniently located, nice easy walk from the train station. It was really nice to not have to worry about finding someplace for dinner, since we could go for a free Ramen on the 11th floor from 9:30 PM..
We walked from our hotel to Nagasaki historical and cultural museum, and we also walked from the hotel to Dejima

"Personale cortese e quasi tutti parlano inglese.
Onsen, gelati, ramen, libreria piena di manga e sedie per massaggi tutto completamente gratis.
Combini all'interno dell'hotel, decisamente utile.
